Sephora Microsmooth Powder

What has changed in the formula of the Sephora Microsmooth Powder?  I went to Sephora to do a color exchange from a purchase that was made on sale and was told it was not an even exchange because of the new formula.  Ultimately I had to pay additional out of pocket.

@Ageless50, a lot powder products have been reformulated recently to remove talc.  I'm not sure if that's the only ingredient change, but it was a primary one I think.
