What's worse? Going to bed w/o washing your face or brushing your teeth.

To be perfectly honest, I know not brushing your teeth is really gross but as far as long term, one night will not harm your teeth if you take care of them regularly. It just won't, you can ask your dentist, orthodontist, hygienist, etc.

Not washing your face however for even one night CAN affect your skin the next day even if you regularly wash your face.

If it's one of those long days and you can barely move, keep face wipes near the bed. I am LOVING the Ole Henrikson Truth to Go wipes!! They smell soooo good and do a great job. I can't use them everyday though, my face will break out :smileysad: but for a night, it'll do the job!

They're both awful!

Definitely TEETH.  Cavities cost $$ but breakouts can easily be corrected with your daily regimen! :smileyhappy:

Both are bad.. you're poor boyfriend, bad breathe and bad skin. Both are a MUST!

Both are bad. Side note, Josie Maran's Bear Naked Wipes are perfect for keeping by your beside if you can't be bothered to actually wash your face!
