What products can you not live without?

What are your top 5 can't live without products (skin care, makeup, and tools)?  My top 5 (in no particular order) would be:

1) Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer

2) Laura Mercier Flawless Skin Polish

3) Sephora Collection Pro Foundation Airbrush #56

4) Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment

5) Urban Decay Pallette

Being a guy I don't have all the makeup stuff to think about lol. With that in mind 1 clairisonic 2 hmm, probably SPF moisturizer, I'm currently deciding between ddf ultra lite dew SPF 15, or hope oil free SPF 30 3 korres wild c sleeping facial (when everyone compliments your skin, and random girls say, "your skin is so... Perfect..." how can I go without it?? 4 proactiv cleansing wipes. So far the best I've tried, and it always ranks #1 in polls I've seen. I tried so many, simple, neutragena, olay, purity, and these have been the best. Need them for those nights after gym Im about to pass out and can't cleanse. 5 clean and clear acne pads. Use them every so often. I actually liked the clearer days ahead pads better. But 40 dollars for 60? 20 a month??? The clean and clear is like 10 for 90. Is 2% when I think the philosophy one is 0.5 or 1%. But the philosophy one felt better. I was a little thrown off that the instructions say to use it 2-3 times a day. Isn't it a night pad? And can you imagine?? That's 40 for 20 days. That's like a phone bill. I really wish they would work on that items price. 6. I need the logistics shaving cream and my de blade shaving set extra lol.

Oh man there are so many products I love, but my staple necessities are:

1. Clarisonic MIA (I travel with it all the time!)

2. Smashbox Hydrating Primer (my skin is dry and I am not a person who touches their makeup often)

3. Anastasia Brow Kit in Brunette (anyone who knows me, knows I am obsessed with brows)

4. Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment

5. Tarte blush Bliss ( ... and I'm obsessed with blush)

Mine are probably more practical since a lot of colorful items come and go due to various reasons.

In no particular order:

Facial SPF - Protecting the skin from burning and hopefully UVA aging.  Facial sunburns are awful.

Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment - Especially in the dry winters.  Chapped, peeled, cracked lips can be brutal.

A nail file - Thanks Janinebt for pointing this one out.  I hate snagging on clothes, fabrics, etc. 

Shu Uemura Natural Mascara - Light weight; adds slight definition to the eyes with minimal effort.

Hand cream or body butter - Frequent hand washer.

1. DiorShow Maximizer Lash Plumping Serum (I've been using this since November and use it daily)

2. A nail file (I hate having my nails break and then get snagged on things, so I try to keep a nail file with me at all times)

3. Smith's Rosebud Salve

4. Too Faced's BB Cream

5. Bliss' Fabulous Foaming Face Wash (I've been using if for a little less than a month and my skin looks fantastic! Such a great daily cleanser)

3. Sephora Kohl Waterproof eyeliner in Keep Brown (such smooth application and staying power)

Well, I either have two or three favorites or don't care for most types of products I use, like cleansers and brushes. However, the very specific product that I NEED to have and the other brands just won't do:

1. Clinique #2 Toner. I've tried ditching this, or substituting other toners, tried ~3-4 other kind, this is the only one that works for me.

2. Jack Black Lip Therapy SPF25. I can use anything in the summer, but this is the only thing that prevent my lips from getting flaky/itchy and getting cracks from dryness. I don't like the film it leaves, but I need this every winter.

3. SPF moisturizer of some type, no preference.

4. Matte powder with sheer coverage, no preference.

5. lash curler, haven't found the ideal one yet.

You give me those 5, I'm pretty much all set (even if I were on a deserted island, then I require water and food in addition to that).

2)tarte amazonian clay foundation

3)buxom mascara

4)benefit watts up

5)be eye primer (it doubles as a concealer)

i use these everyday for a simple look i'll always add on to these but i normally don't take anything away from these

I cannot live without: Smashbox BB cream, any mascara, any lip gloss, cliniques eye cream, and my derm prescribed face wash. In no order, I need them all...but if I chose one, it'd be the mascara. Choosing 5 was hard but choosing just one isn't. Weird.
