Thanks @danielledanielle ! The Aqua Resist pencil liners are a big improvement of the Aqua XL pencil liners. MUFE says the new ones—even the pearly shades—are waterline safe, but I haven't tried them there yet.

this look was actually from a couple days ago today is a no makeup day. im having mask-acne and need my face to have some space between a layers of makeup for a day or two. that being said I really need to learn to place my eyeshadow better so it doesn't disappear into the crease of my lids. I have hooded eyes (at least I think i do) and my eyeshadow barley shows up. you can only really see the majority of it if i'm blinking or my eyes are closed momentarily. this was meant to be more metallic.  I am determined to learn how to change this though.
