I've found it applies best with a fingertip, then I use a blending brush (like a MAC 217) to soften it. I love it!

OMG, this is an outstanding Prom look, and not just because of the fierce fuchsia lip, which is absolutely beautiful, and flatters your skin tone wonderfully, but also because of the afro, which is so utterly fabulous I am struggling to come up with superlatives worthy of it!
