Poor baby! That looks awful, I'm glad it's not as bad as it looks. Hope he is feeling better and no lingering effects (physical, psychological, etc).

Oh geez, I'm so glad to hear he's okay! Are you okay, though? I don't know how I'd react if that happened to one of my cats. 😞

ha yeah, i'm fine now. the whole attack kinda happened in slow motion, the other dog was clearly trying to kill him. but after about 5 minutes andy was acting like nothing happened and i was the one literally shaking for the next few hours !! 

vet said it's not as bad (read: deep) as it initially appeared, but he got him cleaned up and he'll be on an antibiotic regimen for the next week to prevent any infection (as puncture wounds are particularly prone to infection)
