Good morning ladies!

So today I decided to use my sample of NARS luminous foundation. I HATE IT! It feels so cakey and does not mesh with my skin. I feel like it's just too full of a coverage. So I feel kinda weird at work today. haha. 

ALSO, I put color on my eyes!! haha. I'm trying here!

This actually seems like a fabulous example of the no makeup makeup look executed brilliantly, but I'm glad you included the close up of the eye to show that nothing is as natural as it might at first seem! That is such an unusual, delicate and exquisitely summery eye look, your brows are perfectly groomed, your complexion looks flawless, the flush in your cheeks looks like natural radiance, and that nude lip is cute and preppy! You look beautiful! 🙂 BTW, I'm glad I'm not the only one who kind of hates that foundation! 😉

You look great! I love your hairstyle. I didn't like the Nars foundation either but it was useful for finding dry patches that I didn't know were there haha. People suggested that the problem was that we couldn't properly shake the sample jars (like you can the full size bottles), but it just doesn't seem worth the time/money to try.

I know what you mean about feeling like full coverage is too "heavy." If I wear anything its usually a BB or a CC cream. If I do use a foundation though it's usually bc I'm trying to cover a rosacea flare up on my cheeks or something but I don't like to wear it all over.

But you look absolutely flawless and I love the green you used on your eyes 🙂

Thanks! SDdemn told me to experiment more with color so this is my shot at that! LOL. Hopefully it gets better with time 🙂

I also really love that lip color.

I had a tough time with the NARS Luminous as well.  It felt like a bit much on my face even though I only used a drop.  I've been meaning to try it again and just use it on the places I might want coverage, instead of all over to see if that makes a difference.
