Thanks Shannon! The palette is actually much nicer than I expected. 

Hmm, I guess it depends on how the shades in the InstaMarc suit you. The quality of the powders is really good; they are soft and finely milled and blend beautifully. The lighter shade in mine really softens my skintone and even covers flaws a little. Really nice as a matte highlight.

Challenge Week Day 5: The Mocha - Natural in Nars

Mocha doesn't wear foundation and that blows my mind because she looks freaking perfect all the time. She does these really beautiful natural looks and then BAM hits you with something colorful. I love her in golds and coppers most of all. I think it really compliments her skin tone and makes her look even more luminous! She also pulls of brown-red lipsticks like its easy or something. I always wear foundation unless its a lazy day with the bf, so it was really difficult not to wear it today. I like to hide my freckles as much as I can and I think my skin can be better than it is. I over-drew my top lip a bit because she has some awesome bodacious lips. (Also I'm wearing a Super Girl shirt, because I felt it was appropriate).

Super Girl is very appropriate for Mocha, and you're a super girl for achieving all these looks! I love the Marsala lip cream on you (can you tell I love you in red lips? 😉 ) and I also love Isolde on you … because it's in my basket waiting for the sale.

You are such a fabulous chameleon! And in essence you have nailed the Mocha look! I am loving the gleaming copper on your eyelids (which makes your gray-blue irises look super vivid), and the overdrawn muddy red lips, which actually look pretty great against your skin tone! You look beautiful! 🙂

Thank you! I really do love this community as it's the most positive environment I've ever been a part of. I'm trying to get comfortable with my own face. It's easier to do different things when I'm pretending to be someone else that I admire. I wish I could imitate all of the BT ladies!
