Ha ha! He is very neurotic and has issues from his previous life before we adopted him. But we love him to pieces and he as sweet as can be with us. It's just other people he's freaked out by. Poor guy.

Yes!!! I suppose it is fitting that since it was a Valentine's gift that it actually arrive on Valentine's day. But I would have much rather have received it on Thursday when it was supposed to arrive!!  (And thank you, from me and Frankie!)  My husband says I need to include our other dog in a photo, but she's not small enough for me to pick her up and hold her like that! So she gets left out, poor thing.

Aww, thanks!! We think they are pretty cute!!! Here is Brownie. She is 12, we got her from the humane society when she was seven months old. She was our first pet together, she's our girl.

No, we don't know for sure what she is. But we've heard a lot of theories over the years!! But I definitely agree with you, I think she looks like she has some cocker spaniel in her.

hi all. happy GALENTINES DAY !!!

this isn't a completed look (cheeks need blending--yikes !!) but i wanted to show you guys evidence of my actual curly hair coming through. i dunno, it just amuses me as my hair grows. i was in a steamy bathroom and it started springing (it's much curlier than this mere wave but i never even give it a chance to peep through when my hair is short. when it's long enough i'll be wearing it curly again. i think.).

i'll update with a finished pic if it changed much more than this. dinner is in 3 hours, i've given myself a lot of time for mess ups 😉

MUFE artist shadow for cheek contour

BECCA shimmering skin perfector, pearl (apples of cheeks up along cheekbone)

GIORGIO ARMANI smooth silk pencil for tightline, MARC JACOBS highliner gel pen for darker definition on outer parts of eyes

GUERLAIN maxi lash (obsessed with this)

NARS lipstick, pago pago and lipgloss guyane. 

ok update ! final look. i made the eyeshadow darker (i tried to do it like a normal person but i have a black soul what can i say). i intensified what i'll now dub the Cocaine Contour™ as inspired by whiskey's comment below. i switched out the lips for my MAC spice lipliner + honey love lipstick. and i added just a touch of NARS blush in luster.

OH !! and broke out the serge lutens ambre sultan.
