As a dysmorphic, I understand the struggle. Perceived flaws can be terrifying.

You did a fine job on the cover up, and like TheSocialQuota, I didn't see acne until I really looked for it.

On the note of symmetry, you look fine. Even after oral surgeries. I have to really contrast and compare to see significant difference. So I wouldn't fret over it too much. You look fantastic. 🙂 

The blush/eye combo on you is phenomenal.

This may be unsolicited, and you can total skip over it, but..

A tiny notion that helped me overcome my insecurities: Things that are natural are rarely symmetrical. Nature is flawed, and that's where the beauty is. Things man has constructed. Those are symmetrical. Embrace nature.

Not trying to blow wind up your skirt, but if you hadn't said anything I wouldn't have noticed. Actually, even with you saying something, I'm not really seeing it. So put a smile on that pretty face of yours because I think your eyes are stellar and, if you really are breaking out as badly as you say, you did a masterful job in camouflaging it. 🙂
