Last night the Mayor of Los Angeles paid an awesome tribute to the amazing Adam West!  by lighting the Bat Signal on City Hall and turning LA into Gotham City (circa 1966)!!  

It was so cool!  It included everything:

Adam's family and Lee Meriwether, who played Catwoman in the 1966 "Batman" movie, and Burt Ward, who was Robin in the TV show were there...


Of course, the tribute wasn't complete without the Batmobile!!




And lots of fans too  It was a magical night in our fictional Gotham City!   

RIP Adam....

@ZombieMetroAnt  I knew about the bat signal, but not the other celebrations; that is neat.  I remember watching Batman on TV.  I enjoyed it more watching with my kids (especially the cartoon one from the 80's, I think it was.)

RIP Adam West, I loved Batman as a kid, I'd take a nap in the afternoon so I could stay up and watch it!

Speaking of partying... My hubby and I have been celebrating our anniversary for the last week (actual day was the 10th).

I treated him to a Metallica concert last night - we made it up to the front row (off to the right, but still...) and had a blast!

And last weekend, he surprised me with a trip to TX Hill Country to go on a weekend winery, brewery and distillery tour - It was fabulous and super relaxing! ❤️

Lol - He surprised me with a Flower contour/highlight palette on Easter - it was cute because he had to ask a few random women at Walmart what a highlight kit was. 😉   I posted about it somewhere on here.
