SiJCP (Sephora Inside JCPenney) - share your pics, promos & pretties ❤️

Welcome!   This thread is all about the SiJCP experience!  These stores are different than the stand-alone Sephora stores and like everything else, there are pros & cons.

Some of the pros:

• SiJCP has exclusive Sephora Favorites Sets (which aren’t sold online😞 Post a pic of any you may find out there in the wild
• GWP promos: sent out via email, snail mail or postcard offers in the store. There is usually no minimum purchase requirement but you will need the barcode.  Be a pal? Post any offers you come across here 
• Their own “Rewards”: the 100-pt’ers are usually different then stand-alone stores

Some of the cons (IMO😞

• Their own “Rewards”: which are hardly ever stocked
• The great mystery of the “SiJCP Email Distribution List” is still….you guessed it – a mystery! No one, not even store employees, know how to get on this email distribution list.  The investigation is still ongoing 
• Communication isn’t consistent  and each store seems to operate differently.

BTW, if you had a good experience at the store, please complete the survey – this means a lot to the hard working SA’s.

Found these two KVD deals posted on the SiJCP at Arnot Mall's Instagram page (@ sephora.arnotmall_).  Has anyone else spotted these deals at their local SiJCP?  These prices are even better than TJMaxx / Marshalls's for comparable KVD products.

Stopped by my local SiJCP last evening to pick up a staple and got this Kate Somerville treatment deluxe sample.

I’ve found my local sijcp rarely has the exact promoa. It’s almost like they aren’t a real Sephora. The bags are different, they don’t get it during the promo, or the cast mates have no clue of what I’m talking about. I rarely shop there. I only go in to see and swatch new products.

You still need the barcode to redeem them offer. I tried to use them but was told I needed the barcode. Where did you get the offer from cuz it's got a link to present the offer.

@BrideSona @ginamc  they went away with barcodes sometime last year.

Also, I wish I knew  to sign up for these emails!   The only thing I can think of is that I created my Beauty Insider account inside an SiJCP instead of a stand-alone store.

Hmm. Hmm.  This events looks promising.  I'd roll out into the arctic chill to try pretty much all of these.

How do these events work when skincare is the focus?  A mini moisturizing facial?

Good question @tinobiscuits ...I assume they just talk about the concerns and not actually apply any product.  I don't know though.  The store I visit posted this on FB:
