Ok so I've been wanting to make this thread for a while. I've also been wanting to start a "random thoughts" thread...but I figured I'd separate the categories so that at least the "beauty" one is on the front page, rather than hidden in off topic. So, have a beauty-related thought but don't think it's worth starting a thread about ? Post it here !

today I got a facial at an extraordinarily nice spa. A real treat. And the results were immediate and truly great. But guys: she pulled out a clarisonic and a foamy cleanser for that first initial cleanse, and I nearly had a heart attack. Great for a lot of people but most of you know how I feel about those things !!!!!! Overall, as I said, it was great and my skin is happy. But sheesh.

I love this idea, because for some reason I'm sooo lazy about about applying body lotion. I think Lush has a few of these type of products too.

I'll look into that for my daughter. Both my little ones love after shower body lotion time but my oldest one,She is too lazy to apply body lotion and she also has acne on her back.I hope lush products will be gentle enough for her.

Hi!

It's the Jergens In Shower moisturizer.

You apply it while the skin is still wet after your shower and then towel off the excess.  

Works like a charm!  Has a faint coconut scent; hope he won't mind 😉

He drip himself in perfume when he dress up so hopefully he'll not be bothered by the scent 🙂

i just got rear ended driving home from work. i'm ok, we were on a slow and busy road during rush hour, so she wasn't going fast. but good god it shook me up ! and now i have to deal with insurance etc etc which is a bummmmmmerrrrrr.

The few times i had small accidents and near misses, i would get very agitated when driving for a few days afterwards. Be careful for the next few days ❤️

Such a pain!  I was rear-ended a few years ago, and the driver's insurance company was terrible.

So the other night I was on Illamasqua's site, and The HubsBoy asked me what Llamas-cue was. For those who don't know what Llamas-cue is, here ya go:

Fun fact: The Llama's BBQ snack (pic of actual cracker, being chased by a butcher) is apparently sold in the UK. No llamas were harmed or used in the production of the crackers. 🙂
