What is a new item that you would like to try out, that you have never used before?
I've been thinking about trying an eyelash curler, but I have no idea how to use it, and whether they really work, etc...I dont want a gadget that will pull out my lashes. My lashes are sort of weird. They are curled in one place, and not curled in other places hehe. I've tried mascaras that claim to curl lashes but none of them have worked on me.

I really want to try Buxom Lip Cream in White Russian, but it's perpetually out of stock at my Sephora. I'll have to call another one in a different neighborhood, because I'm starting to look like a stalker ![]()

The Guerlain Terracotta Loose Powder is one but it's extremely expensive. For now, it's wishful thinking.
Shahnaz Husain Shaeyes Herbal Kohl Kajal is another I've been dying to have! It's just not possible to get it at the location where I am now.
The Bi Mat Cay balms are something I also been wanting try (I love balms and herbal remedies) but again, money and location keeps it from happening.
Have a good day!

Oh goodness where do I start?? Well here's my top five(in no particular order)
1. A blemish extractor. Gross? Maybe, but more sanitary than fingers!
2. Hourglass Primer. I have only tried 3 or 4 primers in my life and they were samples. I have heard good things about this so I will be buying!
3. Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliners- but only the bright colors. Right now my shopping list has Woodstock, Graffiti, Deviant, and Electric.
4. The New Black ombre nail polish sets in pink and blue. I'm really into ombre and bright colors now-kinda a weird mix but I have actually done some gorgeous ombre shadow looks using those fat eyeshadow pencils(the NYX brand).
5. Urban Decay Lush Lash system. My lashes are ok, not super long, dark, or thick but I want them better! So as soon as I can get the 42 bucks I'm buying this!!
By the way, i had to pick 5 things from my wishlist that has around 150 products on it. This was hard! There are lots of other stuff I want to post and so I'm going to sneakily include it here and pretend that I'm not... I also really want the Origins SPF 35 Skin-Tone Correcting moisturizer because-you'll be shocked-I haven't had a bottle of moisturizer for about 2 years. I've been using samples, delux samples, and GWPs this whole time *covers face in shame*. I also have genetic dark circles so I'm always looking for good eye creams, even though I've been told you can't make dark circles go away. Somehow this only makes me look for more products... Right now I want to go get a store sample of the Brenner Hylexin and one of the Kate Somerville Cytocell cream. These are both pricy creams so I want to sample it before I buy(yeah cause I have that much self-control...) Actually I do this with a lot of stuff, like the Boscia Black mask and the Origins charcoal one. I got samples of them both and whichever one works better is the one I purchase. It's just another one of my genius shopping strategies lol. Last thing is getting a good TM/BB cream. I'm looking at the Nars TM, the Laura Mercier TM, and the Smashbox BB cream. I'm going to try to get samples next time I'm in a Sephora(so like within 48 hours-clearly I am a Sephora fanatic because I am at the store every week trying on new stuff! And then I wonder why I have no money...)The only thing that stops me from getting all these wonderful items is the fact that there are about 140 other awesome products on my wishlist saying "Buy me! Buy me!" Ok I'm done now, sorry for the long post! Hope I made you laugh though![]()
EDIT: I just read over my post and realized something. I... am a makeup addict and acceptance is the first step towards recovery.

Girls,
DONT USE PRIMERS ! They're just made to sell and make money.... If you were a wall to paint then prime it !
I;m serious now.

Seeing as how I'm always looking for the PERFECT foundation, I'd like to try the new Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless foundation. I still have to try a bottle of Benefit Oxygen Wow that I have but... This one looks great!

I also want to try the new Dr. Jart Water Fuse Water Max Sleeping Mask which looks fun!

@sephoramusthave: Oh I would be lost without my eyelash curler!!! I have a good volume of long lashes, but they are super straight. I usually need definintion and lift. Usually a good curl and mascara will do it. I just saw a video from my app on the Sephora site last night from Lancome. I hope this helps. Cute tag line too "curler girl".

I have been wanting to (re)try my old staple, Too Faced Lash Injection. It became too clumpy for a while and I switched to something else, but I read that it was reformulated and I want to give it another shot. This used to be my favorite mascara of all time -- I used it for years (and years) until it started to clump all the time. I'll probably get it this week sometime! I would also like to try NARS Larger than Life mascara.
I also want to try the Bite Honey Lip Lacquers ![]()
Lastly (on a non-Sephora related note), I really want to check out the new Burberry fall collection, particularly the eyeshadows and one of the lip covers -- as well as the new blush shade and Extrait de Gloss(es) that Chanel has for fall.

Here's my take on some of the things you all said you're interested in trying:
-Clarisonic: The acne brush is actually supposed to be more gentle than their delicate brush. However, I personally feel like the effectiveness goes down if it's THAT delicate. As for the gal who wasn't sure if it was worth it- I only use it twice a week too (or I'll get very red!) and it makes my skin feel fresh and clear. Have had it for over a year and it still works great!
-Blemish extractor: it is more sanitary than fingers (but you need to disinfect after every use), however you have to be careful about how to use it or you may scar your skin. Especially for those cyst type acne.It really helps with black heads and the ones that are popping out you just need to get rid of!
-Eyelash curler: Its so easy once you buy one. Get the drugstore version if you're not sure. It really makes a difference and with a good mascara opens up your eyes.
And here's my list of things I wanna try!
1. UD Naked- everyone is saying it's their holy grail! I'm off to get a sample tomorrow...
2. Benefit They're Real Mascara
3. MUFE Eyelid Primer (all my other primers are not working for me)
4. Stila Stay (name?) Foundation - I'm on the hunt for foundation!

Hmm Right now, I really want to try the Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta® Glow Pads. I do not get much sun where I live, its always foggy. I'm always looking for nice self tanners and I like that this one is a skincare and self tanner in one.

Right now I'm really wanting to try the new Urban Decay Smoked Palette.
I don't need another eye palette or shadows, but I've heard these are fantastic and all the shades look like go to options.
I didn't consider it after I looked at the price, but I just saw it swatched..and now I'm in trouble!

Good question!
I kind of want t try the Clarisonic. but I'm really not sure about spending the money. It's a lot of money to spend on something that seems very hyped up. I usually only exfoliate 1-2 times a week, so I don't dry out my skion which will cause me to break out, so I'm not sure it would be worth it if I only use the Clarisonic a couple times a week.
I definitely think you should go for it and try an eye lash curler. I also was kind of apprehensive about getting one, but I did, and it really helps curl the lashes and open up your eyes! As long as you don't pull on the eye lash curler while it is clamped on your lashes you should be okay. Good Luck!

That Clarisonic thing is no good ! Just scrub your face with some kind of exfoliant .... No need for a lash curler when with today's top Mascaras you can get a good curl easier.

Interesting question. I would like to try more lip pencil products. I picked up the Urban Decay Super Saturated Lip Pencil in Love Child yesterday, and now I'm curious about the NARS ones since they have a better color selection.

I have been eyeing the new Givenchy Fluid Foundation Airy-Light Mat Radiance SPF 20. It it described as a "radiant matte foundation"----->really intriguing...I would'nt normally associate the word matte with radiant and glowy!?! so i'm verrrry curious.

Another new product although I don't think sephora carries it is the Sarah Potempa Beachwaver rotating curling iron. It's supposed to cut the curling time a lot plus it automatically rotates with a touch of a button. Sounds really nice to me.

For eyelash curlers, I really like my old shu uemura but I can't find it anywhere now except their website...I hate shipping fees...too bad. Kevin aucoin and shiseido are good too. The angle and curve does not pinch so it works for me. The way I use it...I put a coat of mascara... then curl it for about 5 to 10 seconds. Then I put another coat of mascara afterwards.

I really wanted to try out the naked foundation aand today I got my chance during my VIB makeover. I was extremely happy with it. Other than that, Not much has come out that Im dying to try except the Benefit Theyre Real mascara. Im just waiting for my current mascara(s) to run out and then Im off to buy it. I also want to try out the deep cleansing or acne brush heads for the Clarisonic. I also want to find a scent that I love, that isnt very popular to be my signature scent. If youre looking for an eyelash curler, try the Shisheido. I just bought it and I really like it. I had the Tarte one before and that was good too, but my new one is better.

Oh, the new clarisonic brush heads are rough...make no mistake about it, i use my deep pore one only once a week and i don't have delicate or sensitive skin. I have yet to try the acne one, but it makes me think it is almost like the deep pore brush. Good luck though if you try it and at once a week ( sometimes 2 in the summer) it should last a year!
