I forgot that I had a whole tub of Josie Maran Whipped Argan Oil Ultra-Hydrating Body Butter which is AMAZING! If you have not tried it before, I HIGHLY recommend it for ultra dry, and uncomfortable arms and legs. 
My favorite is the Sweet Citrus which is a soft orangey-sweet scent that isn't too potent or intense and with an amazing non greasy feel. The dry weather and my heater being on every night was giving me horribly dry skin, particularly on my leg which is still slowly healing from a tattoo I had done awhile ago. This cream was so hydrating and soft that my skin was still soft and smooth and moist when I woke up the next day. Not too thick and I really felt it absorbing.
