I'm so grateful for receiving and email with the extraordinary redemption's date and time a few days before the event that way everyone has an equal opportunity and you can't hide behind your "computer glitch" excuse! I called at 9am because i have yet to receive an email and the nice lady on the other end of the "VIB concierge" line ( fancy word right? makes you feel special for spending thousands of dollars yearly) informs me that they will be sending them out shortly however the UD vault was all gone....... i don't comprehend?!?!?!?!? Why are you going to send me an email that advertises something you do not have? Last time i checked consumers are protected by laws and regulations against false advertisement! I am so disappointed and upset with this company and now i can see why they have such bad ratings. I don't want any of your points that you are offering to sweep this under the rug whats the point of them anyways? Not like i can get anything other then a deluxe sample! I have pro discounts to a few companies but i chose to stay with Sephore because of the point system and for moments like this when i will be able to redeem extraordinary gifts. I can not believe the store that i once loved and obsessed over could do such a thing! Sephora has the best customer service in store and on the phone but after hearing how they pick and chose how they reward has left me furious! It is unethical and unprofessional! I requested to speak to a manager and i hope my issue gets resolved because if it does not i will go as far as i have to, to get justice and to be heard!

But i hear sephora is a good place to get it done. && I was wondering how much it will cost to have my make up done ? How long it will take ? Do i have to make an appointment ? Hi I just registered for beautyinsider today after it was given to me 2 years ago and I noticed that I did not get points from that day I was given the card. Is that because I opened an account after all this time or because the account is not linked? I also recently made a purchase 4 days ago and was wondering if I can get points for that too? Sorry, not sure how this all works!
This week I went to Sephora. I didn't have my Sephora card and I told the lady this. She told me that I could add the points later, but I have no idea how. Does anyone know if this true, and if so, how? Thanks!
I placed an order yesterday for the VIB $20 off $50. This morning I got an email saying my order was cancelled because they couldn't confirm the payment. I've been using the same card ever since I got a Sephora account, it's never changed. Can someone tell me what happened? And will the card still get charged even though the order was cancelled? This has never happened to me before.
Hello, yesterday I ordered from the website and received the confirmation email, now I logg in my account and the order status is "unsuccesful authorization". I check my email if something happened and there's no email with an explanation of this.

I think it's a great kit and I want to get it as a gift for my sister since she's been dying to try Fresh. However, her birthday isn't for another two months and I'm afraid they'll stop selling it by then. How long does sephora usually sell limited edition items for? Should I just buy it now to be safe?
