Hi, I made a purchase and decided to make a Beauty Insider after the transaction, and the girl said I could go online and use my receipt to add the points, but I can't find where to do that! Please & thank you!

Q. Get Points Back?
Hi I just registered for beautyinsider today after it was given to me 2 years ago and I noticed that I did not get points from that day I was given the card. Is that because I opened an account after all this time or because the account is not linked? I also recently made a purchase 4 days ago and was wondering if I can get points for that too? Sorry, not sure how this all works!

Q. Adding points after a purchase?
This week I went to Sephora. I didn't have my Sephora card and I told the lady this. She told me that I could add the points later, but I have no idea how.   Does anyone know if this true, and if so, how?   Thanks!

Q. Sephora Order Cancelled?
I placed an order yesterday for the VIB $20 off $50. This morning I got an email saying my order was cancelled because they couldn't confirm the payment. I've been using the same card ever since I got a Sephora account, it's never changed. Can someone tell me what happened? And will the card still get charged even though the order was cancelled? This has never happened to me before.

Q. beauty adv appt for 12yr old daughter
My daughter starting to like make-up and I'm not the type of wearing make up and can't teach her much. I just don't want her to put too much or wrong make up for her face also it could be a nice gift for her birthday. Q. Sephora Collection strike wild train case.
I'm totally in love with the sephora collection strike wild train case, but I think it's too overpriced. That's the reason why I want to wait a little bit until it's on sale. But a part of me is afraid that it'll never be on sale, and when I finally get decided to buy it, it will be out of stock. Q. FRESH's Limited Edition Flower Power Kit
Hi everyone. I was wondering how long a limited edition item is usually sold for? I recently saw the new Fresh Flower Power Kit and I really love it! I think it's a great kit and I want to get it as a gift for my sister since she's been dying to try Fresh. However, her birthday isn't for another two months and I'm afraid they'll stop selling it by then.   How long does sephora usually sell limited edition items for? Q. What is the best eyebrow product for dark dark brown, almost black hair?
I know that experts suggest selecting a color that is 1-2 shades lighter than your hair color but I am finding that eyebrow products are too brown for me. I have very dark hair (typical Filipino / Asian hair) and was wondering what others would suggest? When I get my eyebrows done at a Benefit Brow Bar, my fav eyebrow lady uses the "Deep Charcoal" color from Benefit's Smokin palette. I love how dark it is and how it matches my hair well, but would like to know if there is a dupe for that since the amount of product in the palette is so little and not worth purchasing just for that color . I have currently purchased Tarte's eyebrow mousse in Rich Brown, which is also nice.    Any suggestions? Prefer eyebrow gel or shadow instead of a pencil please!
