VIB Board Access?[ Edited ]
I still cannot access the VIB Board link that dianabt provided. It still says "Access Denied " when I click on the link and opens a new tab. I haven't received my VIB ICON under my BT account yet, but I have inquired about it numerous times.
Is there anyway to get this issue resolved?
Does anyone know how much longer before the VIB ICON, and VIB BOARD ACCESS will take to be resolved? I read another post from someone that has a VIB ICON and still couldn't access the VIB BOARD.
I have been asking about the VIB ICON for over 6 weeks. I'm sorry for being so negative, but requesting the same support repeatedly is a little unnerving. I don't have much time on BT, and I always seem to be asking for support regarding the same issues.
It truly interferes with the lack of time I get to PM my friends and ask and answer questions about the entire reason for having BT.
Update, 15 days later......still cannot get into the VIB Board, nor do I have the Icon.......Are we looking to get this resolved soon?
I am still having that same problem, even when I use the link dianabt posted. My BI account does have a VIB flag though and its been there for a while. I really wish I could get into this special board...
Hrm.. weird. It glitched for me. Normally no issues.
Cleared out the cache, logged in again. Worked.
It's being glitchy at the moment. If anyone who normally can access the VIB board cannot, report it as a technical issue. For those who still haven't received VIB status (after a long period of time), PM one of the mods and they should be able to check your account and make any necessary changes.
After seeing everyone else talk about the VIB board I realized I don't have access to it either. This is my first year being a VIB but I have been one for 6 months now. I would love to see what the VIB board is as well and have the VIB icon too.
Sorry to hear that! Our IT department is aware of this and they have been working to get it resolved so all VIB members have access to the board.
