Mobile Site
Hi guys - I do most of my browsing on my Iphone - however ever since I joined BT, I haven't been able to access the community from my phone.
I'm going through safari, and get to the page where it asks me to submit my email and password. Sometimes it tells me I've put in the wrong details (I am positive I am putting in the right ones) and sometimes it just loops back to the log in page with the fields once again empty.
This has been happening for a few weeks and whilst it's not annoying me, I thought maybe worth flagging?

Hi manicpixiegirl, I'm so sorry to hear you are having trouble with our mobile app!
You may need to try and refresh the page a few times, or clear the history and try it. I don't have an iphone and have to access Beauty Talk on my phone via the internet so I have not personally had an issue with it but I will absolutely forward your feedback! You can also contact our representatives at 1-877-SEPHORA and they can reset your password on your account as an extra precaution that may help you log in too. Thanks! ![]()
