Did not receive points from past purchases
I have purchase many products through sephora store. I have always gave the cashier my email so that I can reedem my points. I have just recently started using the sephora website, and I have noticed that some of my pass purchases were not listed. I am pretty upset about this! I don't even have my old receipts. Is there anything I can do about it?
