Beauty Insider card problem?
[ Edited ]So, I have had a BI card for about a year/year and a half, and I use it all the time. I have about 200-300 points on it, from in-store purchases. The problem is, I don't think my beauty insider account online recognizes that I have used the card, because online, it shows that I have no points. It's frustrating, beause if I want to buy online, I'm getting jipped of getting either 100 point perks of 500 point perks. Is there any way to merge my instore points onto my account, so me and Sephora can keep track?

arianaxoxo, you are more than welcome to visit your local store where you can have your points pulled up, and I would definitely agree and say to call us at 1-877-SEPHORA. A representative can easily pull up both your accounts and link them together with the correct information you need. This way your points will be combined under one account rather than two or three.
