I wonder if I should start to use the serum or the Bio -performace whitening formula? I am 25 , I am Asian I do have some dark spot around my nose area. Should I start to use it the serum now or wait until I reach thirty something? I do have some Asian cousins who use the serum , which really work on their skin, but all of them are around their 50s. Can anyone help me to choose? Thanks, Yen
I have been using drug store makeup but it is not working for me anymore, I am just beginning to do my own makeup but everytime I apply I get acne and blemishes even when I wash my face. NEED light weight makeup or what do you recommend?
I have light skin with I think golden undertones on my arms, but because I flush red all the time my face and chest and hands are pinkish. Does that have a name? I've always chosen pinkish foundation, but I was recently matched to a yellow undertone foundation, so now I'm wondering what's best...
Help! The only ones that work look white, or if they're designed for dark hair leave brown color on my hands and sink. NYM's comes close but after a few hours it doesn't seem to work at all. Blandi doesn't work for me either...
I've been told I have "more pink than yellow", but honestly I have no idea! I color matched w/ IQ as 2RO8 and wear HG Immaculate in Nude and use MUFE creamy concealer in Vanilla (only use on my face). I found the HG nude to be just a tad bit dark, but it's workable. I'd really like to try YSL's Touche Eclat, as a highlighter, and over my undereye concealer, but honestly do not understand the wording of their color shades I just want to brighten up and impart some radiance. Any other brand suggestions are welcomed! I do have some darkness in the undereye area...I currently use Giorgio Armani.Maestro in orange (to combat the darkness).. Tx for your time...pic attached with no make up on
Okay so i've been having major problems with my eyeshadow. It hasn't been creasing, but actually rubbing off in my fold/crease area. I'll look in the mirror and patches of eyeshadow will be gone where my eyelid has folds. I've never had this problem before! Never even had a problem with creasing. I have dry skin, so no oily eyelids. I haven't switched up any products I've been using. I use eye cream day and night, use UD primer and use either NYX or lancome eye base before applying eyeshadow. The only thing that has changed is where I live. The climate doesn't seem to different...only warmer, maybe more humid, although where I lived before was also humid. But I honestly have no idea why I am having this problem now as I have been using the same products for months and my skin has not changed. Anyone have any ideas or product suggestions to prevent this problem? Would be much appreciated! Picture attached is what the problem looks like. Knew I wouldn't be going out today, so applied gold eyeshadow all over the lid to see if it had the same problem even when I wouldn't be going outside. Clearly I still had the problem so it isn't outside/climate factors (i think) that are causing the problem.
*I realize there has been much talk about different eye creams targeting different concerns. However, I stumbled upon this cream and well I'm leary of any product that appears to "do it all". It's a new product w/ only 8 reviews, so there;s not much to go on and I don't know much about this brand. Is this too good to be true? It's claim is that it will: 1.Fight under eye circles (I have them) 2.Puffiness 3. Smooth fine lines and wrinkles 4.And boost radiance. Thoughts about this...as I have aged I do notice some puffiness under my eyes and darker circles. I'm attaching a picture of me with no makeup on at all for reference. Soap & Glory Make Yourself Youthful Rejuvenating Eye Cream. It's an exclusive as well. TY. ~KAM
I use Benefit 'Hello Flawless!' color Toasted Beige and Make up for ever HD invisible cover foundation color Pink Beige, and I'm trying to find a natural look of matte bronzer. I would really appreciate some help here!! Thank you~!
IVE TRIED EVERYTHING! My skin is combination oily but for winter Iam combo/dry. I have serious dark spots, dullnes, and uneven skintone as well as sensitive skin, because every time I use a new product on my face I immediately begin to break out. The beginning of this year is when I began to get a little more serious about my skincare. The skincare specialist that I go to for laser hair removal(on my face), recommends that I come in and get glycolic peel treatments done which I will consider because at this point I think I need to begin implementing more exfoliatiors, peels and products that penetrate the deeper layers of my skin. Products that you recommend would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
The plus side is I don't look 36 but the downside is as a professional I need products but I've tried just about every primer and oil mattifier out there. I also have done all the suggested changes to my skin care routine. I'm an accountant and HR representative always on the go so I can't stop to keep reapplying. Blotting just takes the makeup off and eventually I have uneven skin with makeup in some areas and other areas where it looks smudged. I have spent about $1500 overall in products that are supposed to clear up oil and keep my skin matted but that has yet to happen. PLEASE HELP!
Hi ! I am looking for GOOD skin care products for my light-medium combination skin. I have a high tendency to get acne on my face, like a few pimples at the same time (gross, I know ! lol) And I react easily to products. If my face doesn't like a new product, I get acne almost overnight. Oh and my cheeks present signs of rosacea in winter (I live in Canada and we do get extreme cold winters). I would love to find, ONCE AND FOR ALL, products that actually work. So far, I like the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel, it works pretty well on me. But I need a toner, a serum and a night cream doesn't have to be the same brand . I tried the Clinique toner for oily/combination skin, what a disaster, felt like my face was on fire !!! I also tried Michael Todd products, didn't do anything for me. Thanks for your help!!!
Hi - I need help! I just bought the hourglass immaculate foundation and used it with the real technique buffing brush, and it's look terrible!!!! what is the best brush to use with this foundation? Hi guys, me again!!! As I said in another post, my first bridal trial didn't go well, so I booked another one, with a different MUA. I loved the final look, but I guess in the second trial I would ask to not underline the entire eye, I think that maybe half of it. I kind of think is a little too much the whole undereye, it makes me look a little bit tired, doesn't it? What do you think? And I would like a little more coverage in the skin, if possible. Here are the photos, let me know what you think, any advice is welcome! Thank you so much!!
I used to use the Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer....I loved it, but the second, and third time I ordered it, it arrive separated, and I couldn't get it to blend back together. In hindsight, I should have returned it, but didn't. Needless to say, it didn't work. So I switched to Smash box photo finish, and I hate it too I feel like this one makes my foundation slide right off my face! I need some suggestions, as I have combo, acne prone skin.
I need to find a great toner. My skin is very easy going.... I recently found out from an aesthetician (sp?) that I've been really going overboard with the exfoliating products including daily use of retinol, benzoyl peroxide scrub, salicylic acid and a pore cleansing astringent. She said most people would come in all red and blotchy with my routine! She also said I may be creating my own problem of OIL PRODUCTION.... she said my skin may be OVERCOMPENSATING. Anyhow, she is recommending that I lay off some of the heavier things for a while and I need a recommendation for a NEUTRAL TONER (not too harsh) that will help MINIMIZE OIL PRODUCTION Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!!.
Hello! I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a powder to set under eye concealer? I was hoping to get one that would lighten the under eye area to brighten under my eye. I wanted one separate to my over all face setter. Any suggestions would be great! thanks in advance!
