I have been using Philosophy's Hope in a Jar for Dry Skin SPF moisturizer for a couple of years now, but I now find that it is discontinued. I am looking for a replacement product. I have combination skin that is especially dry now that the wintertime has come. It can also be sensitive to trying out new products. I also have my face waxed, so I want to make sure that any products I use do not cause this to irritate my skin. I prefer that my moisturizer be fragrance-free, or at least close to this. Please help!
I am a former strawberry blonde/copper redhead with blonde eyebrows, lashes, etc., blue under-toned pale skin, grey eyes, and have just faded to white with a hint of red due to illness, and have NO idea what color makeup to use anymore. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
So I really think that I wont be able to do this but can I return a product If I don't have the packaging it came in or the recite? cause I got a BB cream as a gift and its way the wrong color and I want to exchange it but will I be aloud?
I have a few pore minimizing primers that work during my summer oily days, but because it's getting colder, I'm finding that my makeup just completely dries out the areas of my skin with acne. So now, not only does my face makeup barely last, but it flakes off and ends up making my acne much more noticeable. I try to keep my skin as moisturized as I can, but even on okay days I get flakes!!! I desperately need a primer that smooths over my acne, keeps my face flake free, and won't break me out any further. I've been using LM's oil free TM, NYX's photo hd concealer, and Tarte's loose powder for the past few weeks. If you have any foundation or concealer recommendations those would be great too. Thanks!
Hi, I've been trying out new foundations lately and I've been wearing Lancôme Teint Idole 24 Hr in Bisque 430 C but I'm looking for the Dual Finish powder to go with it for a full coverage effect. What do the experts suggest? Bisque 420 C looks like it maybe too light but I haven't seen it in person yet.
Hey guys! So I'm 17 years old and I'm about to get a mole removed from my right cheek. It's a medium sized mole, it lays basically flat, dark brown, and I've had it since I was a toddler. Since I've had it so long, I'm getting a deep excision to get the roots out as well, which means there will be a few stitches involved. I have good skin otherwise and I haven't worn concealer or foundation very much in my lifetime. However, while the scar is healing I would like a concealer, foundation, and powder routine to minimize the appearance of the scar. I'm definitely going to wait until the doctor says it is safe to use makeup on the area. I'm having a hard time determining my skin type because I seem to be a little oily and a little dry. I would love a medium/full coverage foundation that looks and feels natural. I am caucasian with fairly pale skin. Please send me advice! Thanks!
So I have never owned a urban decay naked palette and I'm finally gonna do it! I am not really interested in the Naked 1 but the naked 2 and naked 3 and basic i really like! I have very fair skin, green eyes, and brownish hair, which palette do you think will be best for me? I saw the Naked 3 its not at sephora yet but include that one to i don't my eyeshadow too look like to harsh or muggy on me, something neutral and just very flattering.
So I was looking for a hydrating mask without fragrance and all that icky stuff. And I narrowed it down to 2. Can you guys give me your opinion on the one you like more? Here's a picture of a bunny in thanks
I have a few questions. I am 39, olive skinned, with somewhat dark circles under my eyes. I have always just worn a moisturizer, under eye concealer, with MAC bronzer. I would like to improve my glow and decrease the amount of visible line on my face and, dark circles under my eyes. I have used Tarte under eye concealer and it works okay, not great. I have also used Lancôme, that is the best I've found so far. Any other suggestions out there for under eye concealers? As for the rest of my face, I am looking at using a BB cream but, haven't before. Any suggestions on which one and, do I use a bronzer on top of it? Lastly, I would like to add a little "flush" to my cheeks. Which, makes me wonder if I should stick to a BB OR bronzer but not both so I don't look to made up. Any help on a good blush that gives that flushed or glow look? ANY help is so appreciated!! Spoiler (Highlight to read)
I just recently started getting dark circles, like almost two weeks ago, and I'm only 20! I have a very pale skin color, so that may be why I guess. Anyway why is this happening at such a young age and what can I do/ use to make them go away?DESPERATELY NEED HELP!
I have been using the Make Up For Ever HD Foundation for almost a year now. I like it because it feels light on my skin and it's buildable, but I've noticed in pictures my cheeks and chin look especially shiny. I don't like the way my face looks in pictures at all with the makeup on even though it doesn't seem extra shiny when I look in the mirror. I also use Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder to set my foundation, but have only been using that for about a month. I used to consider my skin dry but now I would say it's more normal/combination. Should I add something into my routine or switch products? Please help!
Hi! I'm getting married in April in the Midwest. The temperature should be fine (no melting!) but I'm looking for a few new products to maximize the wear of my makeup/look of my skin. I'm looking for foundation, primer, cream blush (I typically do a NARS multiple but am open to new things!) and maybe a highlighter..I want a dewy, fresh look- any thoughts? Any help would be greatly appreciated! <3
so i got my package one day early today and I'm so excited it did! BUT... my rouge welcome box was missing the shiny red rouge card... it just had the all access paper card Also, for all you rouges, did your mini lipstick come sweaty? Am I allowed to take the kit undamaged to my nearest sephora and exchange the whole thing?
Is the Make Up For Ever Aqua Cream line similar to MAC's Paint Pots? Not just in look but in consistency and wearability. If so, which is better? Any other makeup brands that are similar to the MAC's paint pots?
I normally have great skin but I decided add a cheap aveeno BB to my reigm and got lazy with make-up removal. Now I have a very horrible almost a bad acne break out to contend with. Even my hubby is worried. I went to the drugstore and they told to use Vichy acne care (Yuck!) I'm dry and sensitive to the core lol Any advice or help is much appreciated Tell me if this a bad reaction or a permanent reality.
I have the beauty blender and I absolutely love it! However I don't want to purchase the Beauty Blender Sponge Cleanser. Its too expensive in my opinion. Any easier methods to clean it. I cant get the stains off the foundation off the bottom of my beauty blender.
