I got a brand new Marc Jacobs Genius Gel Foundation from Sephora today and noticed the foundation has separated in the bottle. We then checked three different Sephoras and all the bottles looked the same. Does anyone know if it's normal for the Genius Gel to separate in the bottle? If I shake it mixes together and after awhile separates again. Is the foundation bad or is this normal for this product due to the gel texture? Thank you.
I need the color iq number for Clinique Perfectly Real foundation in shade #1. I've also worn the Clinique almost powder in shade fair. I haven't had any luck with the online shade finder because these two items have been discontinued. Can anyone help? I'm not near a store to go in to be matched.
Hi looking for color help I wear color Y31 for makeup forever ultra HD concealer and Neutral Linen for sephora collection matte perfection powder, can someone help me with a color for laura mercier tinted moisturizer?
Hi, I need help getting the right shade for Armani Foundation. I've used Luminous Silk before in shade 4.5, and now it seems too light.. especially in photos when light hits it. I consider myself light to Medium shade with cool undertones/ when I get tanned I turn more of a golden yellow. I also want to try Designer Lift due to the reviews and spf. Beauty Experts. can you please point me to the right shade for Luminous Silk and Designer Lift foundation. Thank you so much!
I am looking for a cruelty-free product that doesn't give flashback. Which is better-colored setting powder or a translucent powder? and pressed or loose powder? just what is the best way to set foundation?
How I should clean liquid/cream makeup in an open pot? Makeup like the Nars Soft Matte Complete Concealer, Marc Jacobs Re(Marc)able Full Cover Concealer, Becca Ultimate Coverage Concealer for example. I apply it with my fingers so germs and bacteria probably build up. Do I spray some rubbing alcohol in it? Unfortunately, I haven't seen anything online on how to clean liquid makeup with this packaging but I really want to make my makeup last! Please help!

Hi there! I've posted one question before and I got such a helpful answer that I thought I'd try again for another reoccurring problem that I've had. As the title says, that problem is under eye creasing. I'm 26 and I take care of myself, so I don't have super wrinkly under eyes or anything, but I do have some fine lines and creases right at the inner corner of my eyes. These are the steps I usually take for just my under eyes; 1. Lancome rénergie eye cream in the morning to moisturize 2. Smashbox under eye primer 3. I dot Lancome waterproof concealer under my eyes (I do not use a lot, just a few dots that I then blend out) 4. I blend it out with a beautyblender 5. I set everything with Laura Mercier Translucent Powder No matter how much care I take to make sure the creases aren't there I always see them as soon as I set my under eyes. I've tried all the tips I've come across so far. Someone told me that I might be using too much product so I have only moisturized my under eyes then applied my concealer but the annoying lines were still there. Any tips? Any product I don't yet know about that will help with this?

I have huge pores everytime I try foundation my face looks cakey because of the textured skin. Foundation embraces my pores and that's why I don't wear makeup because it looks bad. What can I do so my pores won't look huge and textured skin won't look bad my main problem are huge pores. What's the best primer and foundation for this?
Hi guys, I'm doing my sister's makeup for her graduation. We want her to wear foundation because she has acne-prone skin, yet she hates the feeling of foundation on her skin. As an example, she used to own the Armani Luminous Silk and never uses it. Can anyone recommend a full coverage foundation that is very lightweight?
I'm not a big powder anything fan, but I've recently started setting my undereye area with the KVD brightening powder. My main issue is that I don't have a good powder brush, and I can't really afford the pricey ones. Can someone please recommend good brushes for setting powder, mostly under the eyes, that won't break the bank? I can't fork out $30+ for a single brush
I'm thinking of buying 2-3 foundation that is quite full coverage to cover blemishes, not clogging, natural finish, looks great in real life and photos, doesn't cake up around the nose or dry patches. I know i'm asking for the impossible but I hope there is one close to what I want 😅 I have combination skin, my t-zone area extremely oily but still have dry patches. I also would like to ask for shade recommendation too if possible ( NC 30-35, my foundation match is MUFE Y325) I'm thinking of buying : -Giorgio Armani (does it cover blemishes and not look too oily by the end of the day?) I consider buying it with Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Enhancer, but my main concern is do they hold up oils because with my MUFE Ultra Hd I get quite oily by midday. -Estee Lauder Double Wear (do they have flashbacks?) -Urban Decay All Nighter (do they oxidize?) -Too Faced Born This Way (I heard this separates on oily skin) -Hourglass Vanish foundation stick (they're only 0.25oz I think, seems so little product) -Nars All Day and Sheer Glow -Marc Jacobs Remarcable.
I have had a large red spot on my cheek for years now. It never changes, it's not acne, a cyst, or anything like that. I think it's just a large red freckle, as weird as that sounds. I use retinol and it does not lessen the spot. Any recommendations? My skin is combination and occasionally sensitive. Pic attached.
so theres the new foundation and I originally wanted the luminous silk because everyone loved it so much. I typically have oilier skin and wanted to match my shade (5 in luminous silk) to the right shade in the new armani foundation (powder fabric) but I heard that the numbers were off between the 2 (meaning the shades aren't the same between the numbers they are labeled for as shades). I used a foundation color finder website and it said the closest was shade 5.5 in fabric matches 5 in luminous silk but I also watched a video of this girl that said shade 5 in fabric was slightly darker than 5 in luminious silk so if I could get help that would be great.
The foundation i wore in the winter now makes me face super oily in the texas heat. I like a semi dewy, natural, finish but i hate my face looking like an oil slick! Does anyone suggest a good light to medium coverage foundation that keeps my slightly dewy looking, but doesn't make my skin so oily during the heat of the day?
Hi, I am going on vacation with my boyfriend at the end of the month, I am desperately trying to find a product that helps to combat back-thigh cellulite. Does anyone know of a product that would help with this? Thanks!
Hi everyone! Fist time posting - just wondering if anyone has an opinion on which skin care brand I should try. After muuuuuch searching I've narrowed it down to Ole Henriken, Dr Murad or REN . Currently using Clinique's 3 step system which has cleared up my oily t zone amazingly, so I am curious about their Even Better , Turn-around or Anti-Gravity . I'm light/medium(tan) skinned with a freckly face (not too dark freckle) but my face has been as dull as a big grey cloud since I can remember. It really lacks glow, it genuinely is grey. Oh I'm a smoker too (not heavily just..a lil bit, so PLZ don't suggest that I give up hehe) I also have really dark shadows on the inner corners of my eyes kinda coming onto my nose.....I get enough sleep every night probably more than the average person. If anyone could recommend some products or give advice from experience I'd really appreciate it! Like I said, I've done loads of research about the best brands and IMO I've narrowed it down to the top 3 but open to change! Thanks fellow beauty lovers
