I posted a question about this problem before. My makeup hasn't been setting on my skin lately. At first it was only a problem on my nose, and it would look dry and blotchy. Since then, I have noticed under my eye/cheek region has been very blotchy looking as well. I moisturize my skin every morning and night with a Cetaphil moisturizer. I've tried using Urban Decay's Complexion Primer Potion and I've used many different brand foundations to try to find the problem. Nothing has really changed. I went to a local Sephora and talked to a skin expert about the problem. She gave me a sample of Kate Somerville's ExfoliKate & Perricone's Blue Plasma. Neither of those seemed to work. My makeup just looks patchy and splotchy on my face. Since getting older, I have found myself to have drier skin. I have never had this problem before and have been able to use any foundations or primers without any problem. Has anyone had this problem or have a suggestion to the next step I should take in treating this problem?

I am 49 years old with combo/sensitive skin- more on the dry side. I have been using purity made simple, both original and gel formulation, but i find it doesn't remove makeup really well. I have tried a sample of the foaming face wash by clinique and works well to remove makeup but now my skin is dry. Wondering about the cleansing oils - and which brand - either philosophy or clinique?

I have used Lancome's Bi Facial with reasonably good results, but I was hoping I could find something that removed the mascara with fewer swipes (hoping to minimize damage to the eye area).  I tried MUFE Sens Eyes and it really burned the skin around my eyes, which was a disappointment, since the cream seemed to be more effective than the liquid formulas I've been using.  I want something without mineral oil as I have had problems with that before.  Any suggestions?

Hey guys! I've gone in to Sephora multiple times to get colour matched, but every time I go, they match me with a colour that makes me look orange. I'm not sure if it's the lighting in the stores, or if my skin is a stranger colour(?). I have yellow undertones (I believe), and I am Korean. I'm not sure what colour to use in any brand because they never match. I'm a lot tanner than Koreans usually are, but since it's nearing winter, I'm getting paler again and I don't know what colour to get in foundation and concealer. Help?

I need advice for eye makeup now that I'm in my mid-50s.  My  eyelids are crepey and droopy.  I also have very small, downturned eyes.  My coloring is starting to washout, and my old, reliable makeup colors and looks are not working any more.  I have dark blonde hair with copper-ish lowlights.  I have a good skincare regimen, what I need is recommendations for colors/products for eye make up.  What colors?  What kind of eyeliner (if any) is best on my crepey, small lids?

What eye cream would be best for me?  It can be from Sephora, Ulta, Nordies, Drugstore, etc.    I wear contact lens and my eyes can be sensitive to certain products since I wear contacts.  I just turned 30 this year, so I'm still really young.    Can anyone suggest some eye creams for me?  Also what would be the best drugstore eye creams?   Has anyone used the Olay eye gel?   Thanks

I really need a good skincare routine. I don't know what's ideal to do everyday, from waking up to going to sleep. My skin is very mixed. I would like to know what I should be using on my skin f.ex. moisturising, cleaning, oils and other things... I would also like to know the same about makeup. Should I use a primer everyday, bb cream, cc cream or what? I am very confused. I would love to get some answers

Hello Ladies,   I have a huge issue with my skin tone. I'm a caramel skin tone, and recently I've notice an uneven skin tone somewhere in my cheeks. I can see lighter spots (like white). I'm in my early twenties and I had never had this issue. Now I really don't know what to do, I wear my daily moisturizing cream, sfp, I follow a good diet...   if anyone know of a product that can even up my skin tone, please let me know!!!  I appreciate it, thank you.   Sincerly, Ana

I want to use a (or a few) Boscia skin cleaners/moisturizers, since I've heard great things about them from friends and reviews, but I don't know the differences between all the (cleansers etc.) products. What is best for a not-so-oily face? Do you have an opinion on any? Any answers are greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hey!   I was just wondering if anyone had recommendations for a bronzer that could be used also as a contour for yellow-toned skin? I have light skin, and in summer, light-medium skin.    I have tried the NARS Laguna Bronzer, however, I can't really see much difference with it, because it's rather light. I've also tried The Body Shop Honey Bronzer in 2, but that is waaay too pink, and looks dirty and orange.   Thanks everyone! I appreciate it!

Hey guys! So I have a lipstick that I bought 2 months ago. I have only used it about 4 or 5 times since I purchased it but today I went to use it and the lipstick was mushed up inside the cap. I am very sad about this and I was wondering if there is a way I could exchange for a new on, I'd hate to have wasted my money on this): helppp!!!!

How can you tell if you have a peachy undertone? How is that different from having a yellow undertone? I saw a Dior foundation color for peachy undertones and was wondering what it meant. Thanks!

So up until recently, about a month and a half ago, I had extremely dry skin, so dry it would crack if I missed a part of my skincare regimen. I finally had it nearly under control and now my skin has done a complete 180. I'm so oily my makeup slides down my face in about an hour! The only thing I really changed was my foundation, I started using bare minerals bareskin. The weather is also changing but it's about the time where my dry skin just gets drier. I have no idea where to even start with the oily slop that is my face right now. What new regimen can I start to control this? What makeup with work with this? What products (skincare and makeup) will help this? Pretty soon I'll be drowning in my own face grease!

Hello! I have Dior Forever Compact Powder foundation, which I love, in Cameo but it's a tad too light. Is Medium Beige a lot darker? My undertone is cool/neutral. When I tried Rosy Beige in the store it was too dark and reddish, and Light Beige was way too light. Not sure what peachy undertones are, but I'm guessing the Peach shade would be too orange on me.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good foundation for a pale olive skin? I have given up on liquid, but i'd like to find some. I've been using physicians formula Organic Wear loose powder. Any foundation i ever try has that pink undertone and it just doesn't match my face. Because of being olive, of course, i'm not completely pale. I have a slight tan. Any suggestions would be great!

I am new to Hourglass. I have read different reviews and am also looking at the 3 shade set. I don't know what would work! I am in my mid 40s, live in the Upper Midwest (so tan fades as the daylight does). I have brown eyes, short auburn hair, fair skinned and have redness from rosacea on the apples of my cheeks. I also have oily skin/combination skin. Would the set's three colors work? Or am I better off trying a more universally flattering shade. I want something natural for everyday professional office use. Many thanks!

Hellooo,   I have the Mac Pro Longwear Makeup foundation in the Shade NW15 and I read about the undertones, since I wanted to change to Nars Sheer Glow.  Now I actually have a yellow undertone but everyone says NW15 has a pink undertone.   I looked up at foundation matrix pages to see which shade from Nars Sheer Glow would fit and it says Mont Blanc which is a foundation with a pink undertone.   The mac foundation fits perfectly...I'm confused   P.s it says that the colour of your veins helps...well mine have more of a greenish colour   thanks for the help

How do you make your skin look so perfect and flawless? I've been trying to find good products and techniques to make my makeup look nice and natural with makeup and was wondering how you all achieved yours? Like what foundations, concealers, tools, etc. do you use?
