As far as some of my favorite brands for makeup I love Too Faced, Lancome, Nars and Urban Decay for the great variety of fun colors that can take you from a day time to even a nighttime fun look!
I always recommend eyeliner, mascara, blush, highlighter, lipgloss or lipstick, face powder or foundation, a great moisturizer and face wash, and a pretty eyeliner to enhance your eye color.
Use some pretty blue or purple tones to really enhance your brown eyes, or even an emerald green or copper would look amazing on you with a full thickening black mascara:
a fun rosy lip is also a pretty pop of color, or a soft nude lip with a golden tint:
Glamour Gloss in "Barely Legal" or "Strip Tease" which has a dark berry rose tint
Or Lancome Juicy Tubes in "Miracle" or "Berry Bold"
Try some pretty fun rosy blushes too that will not blend into your olive toned skin and will give a natural flush:

Nars Blush in Dolce Vita 
Taos 
or Love Joy which has a slightly more coral tone
