Hi Naturalgurl428, For a natural everyday look, key essentials would be:
http://www.sephora.com/full-exposure-mascara-P2847
Smashbox Full Exposure Mascara.
Because you have blue eyesand fair skin, mascara will give you the illusion of liner and bring your eyes out. Instead of black liner, I'd suggest brown. It's not as harsh and will just give you definition.
http://www.sephora.com/smudge-stick-waterproof-eye
Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eyeliner in LionFish.
http://www.sephora.com/perfecting-tinted-moisturiz
Sephora Collection Perfecting Tinted Moisturizer. Great for your dry-combindation skin.
http://www.sephora.com/ultra-shine-lip-gloss-P2668
Sephora Collection Ultra Shine Lipgloss.
XOXO,
Julie

Hi naturalgurl428,
Makeup staples that I always keep in my bag are eyeliner (a black and a nude), mascara, a powder foundation compact, blush, and typically either a lipstick or gloss. Usually I like to have a nude lip color or something that is a bit mauve, both are excellent for natural day looks. In terms of blush, I typically wear either wear something that is in the apricot or rose family.
You may also want to try a BB Cream, they're excellent for all skin types and provide the skin with the hydration it needs while giving you a light wash of color.
