Hi I am in middle school and am just starting to wear make up so I was wondering if there were any products that I should definitely have

I have blue eyes and light/fair skin that can be both dry and oily(combination)

Because you have blue eyesand fair skin, mascara will give you the illusion of liner and bring your eyes out. Instead of black liner, I'd suggest brown. It's not as harsh and will just give you definition.

Well, I say for a more natural look, you could get by with maybe a tinted moisturizer, a light blush, and mascara. Plus some gloss to shine ur lips. Ur still young so u don't need a face full of makeup. Stay pretty without it as long as you can!

Makeup staples that I always keep in my bag are eyeliner (a black and a nude), mascara, a powder foundation compact, blush, and typically either a lipstick or gloss. Usually I like to have a nude lip color or something that is a bit mauve, both are excellent for natural day looks. In terms of blush, I typically wear either wear something that is in the apricot or rose family.

You may also want to try a BB Cream, they're excellent for all skin types and provide the skin with the hydration it needs while giving you a light wash of color.
