thinning eye lashes
My eyelashes have thinned a lot since I began using mascara often last year: from thick and luscious without mascara to barely there when I look dead on in the mirror. I would like to know if you have a clue why this is happening and what I should try to resolve this (without you selling me more mascara).

Hi sexxysaint,
To be honest, it could be any number of reasons why your lashes are thinning and not as full or voluminous. Changes in diet, stress, hormones or just hair loss as you get older can all take a toll on lashes. I used to have very full lashes that were extremely long. While not as full as I'd wish, they have kept their length but are sparser. I recommend a good vitamin B supplement that will help to strengthen your hair and nails (including eyelashes too) and if you don't already have one, a true lash conditioner/primer with conditioning and strengthening ingredients like vitamin E and jojoba oils. Make sure you get lots of water too to keep your system hydrated and healthy!
I hope my advice and tips can help you out.
