As far as primer, moisturizer, elixer go, in which order is the best way to apply?

I would apply your products in the following steps:
Elixir and serums first
Moisturizers second
Primers last
Then you can continue to follow up with any foundation or powders you wish to wear. Hope this helps you!

Yes, that's the order I use them, serums and acne products, moisturizers with SPF and anti aging, and then primer. Or you could skip most of that and use a BB cream.
