While it may not be practical, I'm one for the more SPF the better. I wear a moisturizer that has a SPF in it, and then the bb cream. It can't hurt, especially if you're already applying moisturizer with it in it. But you're in the office most of the day, so if you forget, I don't think it'll hurt.
