how to get rid of Dark spots on my face

Hi, I am 26 years old. I have pigmentation and blemish issue with my skinon face. big pores and dark spots on my face are my major concern. I have tried few products but to no avail. Kindly help which product should i use for daily regimen like cleansers and moisturizer.
