I love all your questions! Here's what I would recommend for you:
1. The Korres Yogurt Moisturizer is a soothing cream for dehydrated skin, even skin that is oily. However, based on what you've told me. I suggest you try Korres Pomegranate Balancing Cream-Gel Moisturizer since you mentioned you were looking for a product that absorbs oil.
2. You can create that "shadowy effect" with both a black or brown liner. Since your in between colors, why not try a Black/brown liner that will give you a bit of both worlds and be a great transition into a black liner (as it will be more subtle than black). For longevity, try waterproof liners that can be worn all around the eye. Try 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencil in Demolition or Sephora Collection's Retractable Eye Pencil in Matte Black/Brown.
3. For good waterproof mascara with a "cool brush" that will lengthen, volumize, and curl; try Make Up For Ever's Aqua Smokey Lash.
4. Last but not least, try Smashbox Camera Ready BB Cream. A BB Cream is similar in coverage to a tinted moisturizer but it's jam-packed with ingredients that make it an awesome multi-tasking product to prime, correct, perfect, and absorb oil.
