Hi there! Is there an up-to-date list of silicone-free sephora products? It's been asked before, but it doesn't look like there's ever been a comprehensive answer. I'm specifically looking for foundations, concealers and primers to try for my oh-so silicone-sensitive (dermatologist-tested) skin, and for others with the same sensitivities. Thanks!
So there is this product: http://www.sephora.com/beauty-genius-clear-waterpr oofing-gel-P384062?skuId=1578731&country_switch=ca It says its ingredient is silicone resin. Lots of people have been saying its the best thing ever to transform any lipstick into a non transfer lip. My question is this, IS is safe if you accidently consume it? I'm not talking about like putting it on your tongue, but if you're placing it on your lips, is that safe? I was trying to look it up. It did say that it could damage your lungs if consumed but I'm not sure if its referring to the same thing? There is information on silicone and resins, lots about silica, but the answers are different... So specifically silicone resin I only found one possible article but I wanted to know if someone might know more?
Hi! There: Do you know what is the diffence between the iluminage skin smoothing laser (item#1682178) and the iluminage deluxe skin smoothing set ( item#1813781)? Which one is better or which one will do more to the skin? Thank you!
Hello everyone, I want to ask advice for picking the right eyeshadow for myself. I actually own the NAKED Basics and Baked Eyeshadow (PK03) from The Face Shop and I would like to add another palette to my very small collection. I'm very much into simple eyeshadow makeup, something that I can wear on a daily basis. But I'd also want something to wear in some special occasions but again, nothing too dramatic. I was looking at NAKED 3 I really love the colours and I don't mind the pink since I've heard that the palette is subtle(pigment) compared to the first two palettes but I'm not sure if it's a great choice for myself. I'm an NC35 (yellow undertone) with a very dark brown hair and also dark brown eyes (southeast asian). Which palette's would you guys suggest? The highest I can go is $70. Thanks!
I am going to Mexico in June and I always wear a light foundation at night. Any recommendations on a foundation that won't melt off? I got married in Mexico but I wanted a fuller coverage so I know that Estée Lauder Double Wear is amazing. I also use it all the time but like I said just something lighter. TIA
Hi! I was in Sephora and got colour matched for laura mercier tinted moisturizer in the colour almond. It is a good match, a little darker than my natural skin colour. I want to purchase the nars creamy concealer but I need help choosing a colour, I was thinking maybe biscuit but I'd like a second opinion! Thanks!
I normally use the FAB cleanser for sensitive skin. It's not my holy grail by any means but it keeps my skin balanced so it's something I'm constantly coming back to. Recently however, I've noticed it's just not as hydrating as I once though it was. When I saw that Kate Somerville had this Goatmilk Cleanser coming out I was extremely anxious to try it but wanted to get some feedback before I did so. Side note: I'm also prescribed Tretinoin which I apply every other night - sometimes only 2-3x per week. It's pretty harsh on my skin, but it works when used religiously. Should I make the switch? Thanks in advance xoxo
I am having the hardest time finding a good under eye setting powder for myself!! I started off by using the bare minerals Well Rested concealer to set the under eye. I started off by really liking it cause of how well it brightened my under eye area and that it kept my concealer in place all day! Recently, I noticed it creases really badly and when I apply it, it looks all speckly! Since than, I tried the Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder. I used the baking method and I noticed the creasing stopped and that my under eye was instantly brighter! Although I loved the effect it gave to my under eyes, it does not last all day. My dark circles were 100% noticeable after only a few hours and that is not something I enjoy seeing! I really need help finding something that brightens, does not crease, lasts all day and does not look cakey! I have more of an olive skin tone if that helps. I really just need to find something good that is worth the price!
my favourite Dior rouge 296 lipstick is discontinued, I bought all the remaining ones, but now I only have one left. it's a pinky beige with a discrete silvery shimmer. do you know any alternatives from other brands?
Quite a while ago I purchased the it Build a Brow and Sephora no longer carries it. It had a terribly dry consistency and it is almost totally dry now. Is there a product available which is not a powder, but a gel or creme for brows which gives a nice coverage to brows, but is natural looking and not dried out?
I have tan skin with dark hair on my face that I would love to get rid over without having to wax regularly. What kind of laser hair removal tool would you suggest? Im leaning towards tria, but I'm not too sure.
