Just noticed that all of the spring stuff is showing up (early as always) but the thread is still specific to Winter (which it is...but tell the brands). So what have you found, dear BTers, that is new on Sephora...

I don't know which color shade to go with out of ebony or dark brown! I'm a darker complexion with black hair but I don't want my brows to be black, although with my completion, I don't want them to be too brown.
Greetings ladies! This is my first time flying so I'm quite nervous, but I'm planning a trip to meet my boyfriend's family during December. The flight would be 24hrs total (15hrs and then 3hrs layover then with an additional 6hrs). I really need some good skincare products to use during the flight. I normally have pretty dry skin and I use a night cream as my daily (day and night) moisturizer. I heard that the air on flight is a lot drier and harsher in comparison so I really need to moisturize. What I am looking for: 1. A good, hydrating sleeping mask Something that I can slap on and then wipe off an hour before I land. 2. A good eye cream (not gel) 3. A moisturizing cleansing wipe (non-irritating) I need something that is wet enough so I won't need to go over my skin repeatedly, thus, irritating them. 4. A good, moisturizing facial spray I want something that I can double up as a make up spray (to take away the powdery look). 5. A good body and hand cream Make up suggestion? I won't be bringing much with me but I do want to look fresh when I land. I plan to bring a concealer, a setting powder, and a lipstick (which I can double up as a blush). Any suggestions? Thanks!
I feel like I've tried hundreds of different products (different foundation, different primer, different setting powders) and no matter what, after 3 or 4 hours my face gets oily and I have to powder it to get rid of shine. Any suggestions? (besides blotting papers please).
Hi, I'm just starting to try makeup out. I know the look I'm going for i just don't know what to buy. I have acne. I want something that will cover it but the bumps wont show? Also what are the best products to get? Also how to find your skin tone when it comes to concealer? as u can see i need a lot of help. Please just give me times
So after a a couple hours my face looks oily and I would rather not have to use blotting paper throughout the day. Is there some sort of setting powder/primer/etc I could use that would help prevent this?
I use Make Up For Ever HD foundation, Nars Laguna bronzer and Orgasm blush yet I still look super washed out in photos. Any tips on how to prevent this? I feel like I put on enough bronzer and blush but in photos it looks like I never even put any on.
Can anyone tell me their eyebrow tattoo experience ? I'm getting mine done during the summer by slightly tattooing because I don't want to go through the hassle of using pencil or powder (can't anyways because of sensitive eyes and too much money). Can I still a tinted brow gel like benefit's gimme brow in medium deep to look as natural as possible ?
I love the way my skin looks and feels when I use a tinted moisturizer, however, that effect only lasts and hour or two. My normal routine is primer, foundation, powder (which is fine) but I'm looking for an easier, lighter routine for summer. Is there a foundation that would give the same effects as a tinted moisturizer? Or a super tinted moisturizer that lasts all day?
Hi! I just had a baby, and unfortunately the long nights and few sleep hours, plus the hormone disaster had made my face look sad, I see my eyes super tired and with more lines than just a few weeks before and my skin tone greyish, what would you recommend as a routine for this though months, maybe a serum plus a moisturizer or something more aggressive as retinol or collagen? Thank you!!!!
i have really oily skin with some pores. i want to find the perfect foundation for prom and to use for the summer that will keep me matte for as long as possible and look flawless without looking cakey.
Hi there! I am interested in buying a Urban Decay setting spray but I can not decide which one would be the best for me. I have combination skin, so I am very dry in some areas and very oily in others. I also have break outs (cause I have awful skin) and sometimes the concealer wears off which I'd like to fix. I'm wondering what one would be the best fit for me?? Or are there any different setting sprays that would work better??
I have heard the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow powder duo is great for soft natural brows. However, does this product really smudge off on oily skin? I have sensitive itchy eyes and can this get in your eyes like eyeshadow. I've tried using an unknown pencil from my mom's collection and it was hard to wash it off with soap. No wonder a lot of women complain that their brows fall off with the ABH Brow Wiz. I am going to also use the Benefit gimme with of the two products above. Just can't decide ! I will include a photo below and tell me what product and shade will be best for me. P.s. My brows are not shaped. I don't know how, what shape, and where to start with what tool.
I'm in the market for a new essence. I need something that is hypoallergenic and won't break me out. I need something that does not have argan oil or rosemary essential oil in it, those ingredients break me out. I've been using the Body Shop Oils of Life Essence Lotion, and I love that it isn't heavy and that it's really light and absorbs well into my skin. I do however feel like it's too much oil for the oily areas of my skin.
Hi! I am 19 and am in my first year in college. Yes college has been stressful for me bc I am a biochemistry major that has to maintain a 3.6 GPA but ive dealt with school stress all my life so I dont think that would really play this significant of a factor. My hair used to be very thick curly auburn hair and now its thinning at my scalp and falling out CONSTANTLY. It used to take me approximately 2 hours to straighten my hair and now it takes me around 20 min. I try my best to avoid straightening and curling my hair and only do so maybe once a month or once every two months. I have always had healthy hair and IDK what to do. Clumps and clumps are falling out and my scalp is becoming so thin (that you can see through my hair to my scalp) its terrifying because I just turned 19. I use argan and Moroccan oil and use a moroccan oil based shampoo. I take a multi vitamin and just recently started taking biotin (trader joes brand). Please any help/tips/advice would be really appreciated! Thank you!
I have textured, uneven skin due to past acne. Its not too bad and dents aren't too deep but it is so annoying. My pores seem large too. What could I use to resurface my skin and get rid of this scarring?
I will be going to Thailand soon, and the weather there is HOT. Better yet, I'm going during the humid rainy season! I would rather not have something that has a full, heavy coverage in that heat! My acne has gotten better so I'm not as concerned with getting full coverage as I used to be, but I'm still not sure which bb/cc cream or even tinted moisturizer is good enough to last in the heat! I've tried benefit's bb cream but the somewhat powdery finish made my dry spots look splotched an uneven, as any powder foundation does. I have fair, sensitive skin that is dry combination. Thanks for any suggestions!
Hi, I'm a total make-up noob, and I'm looking for a bb/cc-cream or a light coverage foundation that's easy yet good and natural looking... I have a medium skin tone with some yellow undertones I think (My mom is Indian and dad is Belgian haha) so I just need something that will match and not make my face a complete different color... I have a pretty clear skin, a few breakouts every now and then. And I have combination skin. Hope someone can help me haha
My skin is extremely acne-prone (I break out mainly on my cheeks, jawline, a little bit on neck and chin-basically sides of my face!) and also has become extremely sensitive as I've gotten older. Right now I am using Aveeno Ultra Calming Foaming Cleanser. It's very bland-fragrance free, non-drying, hypoallergenic etc. It doesn't seem to break me out or upset my skin or over dry. It just cleans my skin and takes off make up. I am looking for something a little more but still gentle and non-drying. Preferably something brightening as I have lots of hyperpigmentation/scarring from old acne. Something that can possibly help with the texture/congestion/breakouts of my skin. I am also looking to have a baby soon so NO Salicylic Acid! So far I am looking at: 1. Boscia Detoxifying Black Cleanser 2. DermaDoctor Kakadu Brightening Cleanser 3. Sephora Radiance Cleansing Foam Any comments/help is appreciated. Thanks
Hello - I have acne prone skin and Laura Mercier has been good to my skin so far. I currently use the mineral powder in Natural Beige for everyday and use the liquid in butterscotch for going out. But I hate traveling with the massive mineral powder container. I want to try the Laura Mercier Mineral Pressed Powder mineral press powder what color do you think I would be? They don't have this in the store by me so. http://www.sephora.com/mineral-pressed-powder-spf- 15-P244913?keyword=LAURA%20MERCIER%20Mineral%20Pre ...
