I've been wanting to find a brownish matte lipstick for such a long time but have struggled finding the exact color i like for my medium toned skin (Indian). I came across Priyanka Chopra's picture today and fell in love with her lip color. Can someone help me find a brand that sells something similar to her color?
I'm looking to buy a lot of makeup for my friend, but since he has an aesthetic going on with his makeup, id like to only buy makeup that comes in pastel packaging, preferably pastel pink. Currently all i know to get is the Too Faced SweetPeach palette and the Babylicious brush set. Do you know of any makeup brands with packaging that fits that description?
I currently use Bobbi Brown's Tinted Eye Brightener in Light Bisque. This is a perfect match as my under eye concealer, and I love this product. Unfortunately it has been discontinued and I am looking for a new under eye concealer whose shade, consistency, and appearance can recreate the natural look I get with Bobbi Brown's Tinted Eye Brightener.I have tried Bobbi Brown's Serum Concealers and Correctors which the brand recommended, but I was extremely unhappy with this recommendation in both the shade and appearance.Any brands and/or shade recommendations to replace this product would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Hello, I purchased the Fresh Seaberry cleansing oil a few months ago and loved it. I'm about halfway through the bottle, and when I went to wash my face tonight, I noticed there were...globules? in the bottle. I'm sorry to sound gross, I don't know how else to describe it, it looked like there was mucous in the bottle. Ive never opened the bottle, it's well insulated from light? What might this be?
Hey beauties. Okay so i have a huge problem. So my skin is completely crazy. I have acne prone skin, my pimples dont get huge but you can notice them, i have so many acne scars too. Whenever i try putting on foundation, i do everything like everyone else (moisturizer then primer then foundation, for primer is use the Smash box Pore Minimizing one) My face is both oily and dry. But i tend to have dry patches on my cheeks when i put on foundation, like it makes it look cakey, and also you can tell i have dry patches. Is there anyone who had to deal with this? Can you guys please help me out, any tips would be amazing. I honestly sometimes just want to wear makeup and feel pretty but i feel like i can never with this going on.
I'm looking to find new concealer, foundation and mascara, but have a great deal of trouble with sensitive/dry/flaky skin. I also have allergies to Propolis (anything from a beehive- ie;bees wax, honey) sunflower and fragrance. Am I totally out of luck? Most products I've found that tick the allergy boxes, are just horrible on my dry/flaky patches. TIA

I have strawberry blonde hair, hazel (mostly green) eyes, and fair skin (Kat Von D lock it foundation in 44 during the winter.. not sure what my summer color is) and I need help finding a a bronzer that isn't too dark or shimmery, blush that isn't too orangy peach or too pink, and a self tanner for my face and neck that isn't too dark or too orange. Also, I haven't worn eye shadow in forever because the purple and green colors people usually recommend are always too dark for my comfort. Any suggestions? Preferably specific colors because it's difficult for me to get to a Sephora location so I shop online. Thank you!!!
Hello ladies. I'm wondering if you can help me plan my routine better and in the correct order. Should I have different products for night than what I use during the day? my skin type: a little dull I like brightening products. Dark eye circles. I get hormonal acne around my period even at 30 A little oilier in the t zone with some clogged pores on my nose but also can get dried out easily by some products (makes me combination right?) current am regimen wash face/ cleansing water serum eye cream moisturize *do I need to exfoliate or use toner? Anything I am missing? *PM is pretty much the same except sometimes I use dr Brandt Glow overnight serum or ole henrickson invigorating night treatment instead of ole henrickson truth serum. Should I have different products for face wash eyes and moisturizer?
Hi all, I have extremely dark and oily eyelids as well as seriously dark circles. I have tried every eye primer under the sun, and none really work. I recently read about putting concealer on my eyelids, setting with powder, and applying eyeshadow over that. If I conceal my eyelids - would I still use a primer over that? A little confused about this step. Thank you!
Hey y'all, I've had acne since I was a teen and am still struggling with it as a 26-year old. I used to be on topical medications but switched to a pill called spironolactone a little less than a year ago. It's been a life saver and I've been able to stop using my prescription topical creams. However, because spiro cleared up my skin tremendously and because I am also a Sephora employee, I've been experimenting with new skincare. I recently broke out horribly after using a combination of the Ole Henriksen Invigorating Night Gel and Josie Maran's spf 47 moisturizer (I used Ole's night treatment for almost three weeks without breakouts until I incorporated Josie's sunscreen, which broke me out immediately). I've since stopped using both because my skin was aggravated and dry, on top of breaking out. Since I've stopped using these two products, I incorporated Sunday Riley's UFO oil into my night routine. I love that this doesn't dry my skin out and has a BHA. I've been using this for roughly 5 nights and while my acne is beginning to get less and less, I still have a few new pimples that pop up every other day or so. Here is my current routine: AM - Exuviance Antibacterial Moisturizing Face Cleanser -First Aid Beauty Vitamin Mist as a toner -Josie Maran Argan Whipped Face Butter *days without makeup I use Supergoop's Mineral Sunscreen in place of the argan face butter, otherwise I use a BB cream w/spf as my "foundation" PM - Exuviance Antibacterial Moisturizing Face Cleanser (sometimes I use First Aid Beauty's Skin Rescue Deep Cleanser if breakouts are horrible) - Sunday Riley U.F.O. oil - Josie Maran Argan Whipped Face Butter My skin is combination oily with most oil in the t-zone and cheeks and dryness where my acne occurs which is along my jawline, lower cheeks, and neck. I am also sensitive. I am hoping for a recommendation on a potentially new or improved skincare routine based on these concerns. My biggest concerns are acne and small white bumps of texture. Otherwise, my skin is fortunately pit-free as I never picked my acne too much! I do also prefer a cruelty-free skincare routine <3
I had never used a cream blush before I used my mom's Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge in Rose and absolutely fell in love. Paired it with Bobbi Brown lipstick in Brown...again I'm OBSESSED! AND she gave me both SCORE! Loved the cream look so much that I already bought my second shade in powder pink. Im not 'm thrilled about applying with my fingers I felt like it wasn't blending for a natural look and when I try to blend it more it looks like a messy mistake. But everyone always says to do it with your fingers and no brush. Am I doing it wrong? I feel like I'd just be more precise with a brush. Any suggestions on which? Bobbi website suggests their full coverage face brush but it's a bit pricey of course. Also I saw in a video (which I can now not find) that there was a technique for applying blush for people with round baby faces I think it was more of a straight angle. I've never contoured before but I have a baby face! Is there a tip with cream blush for us puffy cheek girls?
Hi there! I'm looking for an individual contouring powder that is comparable to the darkest shade on the Smashbox step-by-step Contour Kit Light/Medium. I only use the darkest shade in that kit, so it is a waste for me to keep buying it. Can you recommend something? Thank you!
I am looking for a really good primer for oily, acne prone skin and large pores, it needs to hide pores and make skin flawless. Also information on a pairing concealer and setting powder would be wonderful. I have tried a few and I haven't liked any.. Tried Smashbox and most recently clinique superprimer. it is awful so sad about that
