Hi!  There are tons of youtube videos for Taylor Swift inspired looks, so I recommend you search for that on youtube.  Taylor Swift tends to wear a dark, bold cat eye, and also red lips.  Here is a tutorial I made to help you achieve the cat-eye look:

Taylor Swift often wears very neutral products that give her a sort of highlighted glow. Illuminatiors, pale blushes, and even light bronzer will help you in getting her Grecian goddess-like complexion. For her eyes Taylor almost exclusively wears eyeliners, usually in either black, nude, or brown. It isn't uncommon for the songstress to use winged eyeliner in black or deep brown from time to time either.
