Small light brown eyes

I have relatively small light brown eyes. Is there a way to make them appear brighter and bigger?

Hi mirj, 

Try using a light colored liner in the waterline and stick to lighter shades of shadow with a bit of shimmer or sheen for a reflective quality. Also, avoid black or super dark liners which may make your eyes appear a bit smaller.
