Setting powder suggestions?

I am looking for a long-lasting setting powder that  works well for medium toned, oily skin that is not so mattifying that it makes my skin look dull.  Also, what is the best way to use or apply a setting powder to get lasting results?  Thanks!  :smileyhappy:

I love the MakeUp ForEver setting powder. I just use a natural bristle medium sized powder brush from Sephora and I roll the powder sort of off the brush onto my face lightly pressing it into my foundation right after I've applied my foundation and luminizer but before blush and bronzer. Then I blot with  piece of toilet paper if I think it's too powdery or apply my Urban Decay setting mist  to give a little sheen back to my skin.
