I ordered three skincare items during the spring sale and didn't get my samples. When will I receive these?

Unfortunately you won't, sorry about that. Sometimes samples are substituted and every once in a while samples are forgotten. Did your order go through with the samples? A few times I've had samples in my cart and for some reason check out and they aren't on my order.
