Not getting any Sephora emails

I haven't gotten any Sephora emails in a long time, I checked my account settings and I am subscribed to receive them. Is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it.

I've been having a similar problem although no one has been able to fix it. They keep telling me it has be reset but I don't receive any emails. Although I do get Sephora emails on a different email address. Funny.

Please make sure you have "sephora@shop.sephora.com" in your address book to ensure our messages are not getting filtered out by your spam filters. I will also reset your email subscription which can take up to 10 days to take effect. Thanks!

I have also checked all of my junk (spam) at least everyday or every other day and I haven't gotten any emails there either. Thank you so much for your help.
