Try looking into Tarte or Lorac. Tarte is a very skin friendly line as it's mainly organic, natural, and mineral based. Their products are formulated without sulfates, parabens, synthetic fragrances, phalates, and more, their products are very good about listing out what they do and don't have.
Lorac is a great line for sensitive skin, as it's also incorporates being oil, paraben, silcone, and synthetic fragrance free.
Tarte has 2 primers for the face (one has silicone/dimethicone and the other does not) and Lorac has a water based primer which is great for sensitive skin and feels like a light weight gel so you don't have to worry about feeling like you're layering on too much product. I'm a big fan of Lorac's concealer/highlighter wand. The concealer is a creamy stick concealer so it's great for concealing quickly and the liquid highlighter is great for under the eyes or on the cheek bone to perk up the skin.
Lorac also has an oil free neutralizer with a slightly yellow tint that you can layer a bit on areas of extra redness and buff your Bare Minerals over so you don't have to cake on as much foundation to cover the red.
