I have the worst purplish scars all over my knees and arms so my question is what is the best makeup to cover them up? Keep in mind that it has to be transfer proof so that it doesnt rub off on clothes, it cant be too expensive and preferably waterproof.

Hi Glamgirl001. I would recommend Make Up For Ever Full Cover Concealer.  It gives a very full coverage and is waterproof. It also comes in a wide variety of shades, so you should be able to find a close match.
