Makeup settling into under eye lines and caking up

How do I keep my concealer and foundation from caking up under my eye and settling into into my "tear trough" (lines from the corner of my eyes going towards my cheek)?  I have sensitive, acne-prone, combination skin.  I am using Clinque's All About Eyes Rich morning and night, Cetaphil face lotion (dermatologist recommended) morning and night, MUFE HD Elixir in the morning before using MUFE All Mat primer.  I just started using MUFE Lift Concealer because it says it won't settle into lines, but I am still having trouble.  I also use MUFE Mat Velvet + foundation and HD powder (although I avoid my eye area with the powder).  I am really frustrated that my under eye area looks so dry and cakey throughout the day.  What else can I do?

I use Smashbox HD concealer under my eyes and don't have any trouble with it settling in my fine lines, unlike a lot of other concealers I've tried (I've got the rejects in the drawer to prove it)! :smileyhappy:  It comes in a good number of shades so you should be able to find a good match and a tiny dab goes a long way. My tube is still mostly full and I've been using it for quite awhile.
