Lightening Eyebrows without bleach

I know this can be done. I just need the right products. I know a girl that puts concealer over her eyebrows and then puts eyebrow color on top. What would be some good choices that I could put over a concealer or just by itself that looks natural to lighten my eyebrows a shade or two? I have normally light brown hair and my eyebrows are medium brown. I am going to an ash blonde probably a level 8-9.

The idea of bleaching the brows is pretty frightening! Luckily there are a few different methods for masking and coloring brows that aren't permanent. I personally would suggest using the Anastasia's Tinted Brow Gel, which will coat your brows with temporary color. This is much easier than having to conceal your brows and then apply a brow powder similar to your hair's hue.The gel is natural looking and you won't have to worry about flaking or fading over the course of the day.I would suggest going with Blonde (golden Taupe) which will best flatter your new hair color. I actually just recently tried using the Perfekt Brow Gel and it ENTIRELY change my brow colors from a dark brown to blonde. I also used the Lancome Le Crayon Poudre in Natural Blonde to fill in and shape my brows first, the transformation was incredible!
