Help with Clarisonic use!

Are the Clarisonic and cleanser supposed to create suds? Are you supposed to wash your face before using the Clarisonic?  I don't think  all of my make up is coming off.  Am I doing something wrong?

Hi bnnsctt,

Suds are not always necessary when cleaning but some people do prefer to use sudsy cleansers Smiley Wink I never felt much of a "sudsy" feeling when using Clarisonic cleansers but that was just on my own skin type.

I usually recommend giving your face a quick cleanse before using a Clarisonic. This way you are really removing what is on your face and then the next step of the Clarisonic brush removes leftover buildup and dead skin cells and leaving your skin feeling extra cleansed.

Try using a different gel or cream cleanser if you want that foamy feeling, and remember that using a makeup remover and cleanser before the brush will keep you from just rubbing makeup all over the face. Smiley Wink Try some of my favorite cleansers below:
