Facial products for 18 years old girl [ Edited ]

Hi, I am currently 18 years old on going to 19. I think I have combination skin as my nose and forehead get oily slowly and my cheeks and area near my jaws are kind of dry.

I have been looking for products that are not too strong for my age, and these are what I am looking for:

Cleaser, Exfoliator, Mask, Toner and Moisturiser.

I have breakouts occasionally with minimal blackheads on my nose. I also have quite dark circles under my eyes but not very obvious.

Will Bliss/ Philsophy/ Sephora products be too harsh? Or is there any other recommended brands that would suit my skin type and age?
