Dr. gross alpha beta peel pads extra strength vs. regular
Dr. Gross alpha beta peel pads come in regular and extra strength. How do I decide which is better for me? Also, do you reccomend any similar products that are less expensive? Thanks!

Dr. Gross Alpha Beta is pretty mild. The extra strength is for infrequent use (twice a week or less) like a treatment, while the normal strength one can be for daily use, like a toner pad. I have normal combo skin and they don't cause flakiness/dryness or any irritation. I don't have wrinkles so I don't know about anti-aging stuff
First Aid peel is more like toner on a pad, great for daily upkeeps and cleaning off excess oil or prep for moisturizer.
Origins Brighter by Nature Peels provides the fastest/most significant result so far for smoothing skin and dark spots without too much irritation. It mildly stings a bit, but not as bad as other treatment. Apply a heavier than usual moisturizer afterward. My face was smoothe after applying, flaky the second day (shedding skin), and super soft and smooth the 3rd day and afterwards (new skin yay). I used it twice a week and my skin feels smoother, incredibly soft, and the dark spot near my hairline lightened at least 3 shades (I couldn't find it at first glance).
