Does Glam Glow mask has pork fat in its ingredients?

Hello everyone

Does Glam Glow mask has pork fat in its ingredients?

Thanks in advance

That might be the case.  Glamglow notes on certain products that the glycerin used is derived from vegetables, so one could infer that it's derived from pork where it does not explicitly state it's from vegetables.  They likely have a customer service line you could call for more info.  Good luck!

I just went through the ingredients for the white mask and the black one and there isn't anything even close to a pork product in the ingredients list.

Where are you getting this information? Please share if you have some evidence. I really dislike misinformation.

Hi Sarabova,

I don't have that direct information and you may need to contact Glam Glow directly for specifics on what they use. :smileysad:

Interesting question,....

No where on their website could I find where they state that they are CF or V.     With everyone wanting CF and V products,...I think this would be one of the first things you would see on their website.

Their products do contain glycerin which is usually an animal product, however could be plant based.

They are not listed on Leaping Bunny nor My Beauty Bunny.

They are sold in China.

In my humble opinion, I think this product is all hype.   Small jar, large box, celebrity link.   This product may have started off as an excellent product, distributed to a few celebrities from freshly made small batches.   Fast forward now,...to world wide mass market.

Not what is was in the beginning.

Glam Glow is not cruelty free. Aside from not being listed by Leaping Bunny or Peta as 'don't test', Paula's Choice lists them under the 'does test' category.

From a variety of sources, it appears that GlamGlow is vegan and cruelty-free.
