I have acne scars + oily skin on my face and I am seeking for good brand+products to help me to hide it with makeup.

As well as my makeup recommendations for you there, try also adding in a mattifying primer and oil free mattifying moisturizer so you have a smooth and even finish to last on your skin for hours.

Tarte concealer works beautifully on me.  It is very matt and doesn't cause any break outs.  The concealer goes on top of your make up so you can re-apply later whenever you feel like you need to re-apply.
