Hey everyone! So I just received the new Algenist Wrinkle Fighting Serum in the mail and I am really struggling with the dropper. It takes me several pumps and many dunks in the bottle to get even just one drop out. Has anyone experienced this same issue with any of their dropper bottles? If so, do you have any advice or tips on how to make it work properly? I live 2 hours away from the nearest Sephora, so it's not easy for me to pop in and ask them if mine is deficient or am I just an idiot. Would appreciate anyone's help. Thanks!
I am 43 My facial skin, is very sensitive. Highly allergic to Retinols and SPF. I have some wrinkles around my eyes, slight dark circles under my eyes. My facial skin, has blotchy redness. Looking for a moisturizer, that I may use day and night, plus a eye cream. Please Help,
I am 45 in one week! I have just noticed "crosshatch" crepey skin on my cheeks. I have combination skin and most antiaging products cause me to break out in blemishes. I currently use alpha hydroxy acid and salcidic (sp?) acid in light lotions plus mineral sunscreen by Olay every day. If I put anything other than the salcidic acid on at night I wake up to zits...I use this to control blemishes, fade sun marks, and reduce fine lines. I still have pretty good skin tone so I don't use foundation...I don't like the added color nor do I like having makeup on my entire face. I am religious about my sunscreen. Is there anything I can do to take care of my middle age skin that won't cause me to breakout? This new crepey crosshatch stuff is alarming! Just part of aging?
I am 51 and looking for one line that can take care of my skincare concerns. I am starting to see fine lines on my forehead, and décolleté is starting to show my age. I have been treating dark spots and unevenness for about 5 years. I would like to continue to do so. It seems that my skin is getting drier. For most of my adult life I have had combination skin.
I am 32 and have quite sensitive skin. Any allergies (food, environmental etc) show themselves on my skin. As I've gotten older, I find that there are things that are becoming issues and I would like advice from all you lovely women and men on brands/products to use. * I have an olive complexion and my skin type is sensitive/combination. I tend to get an oily T-zone, with dry lower cheeks/mouth etc. * I've noticed that my pores are much larger, especially on my cheeks and face by/on my nose. * I have black circles under my eyes and have tried most everything but nothing seems to help! * I don't get many break outs, but when I do, it's usually around my jawline and some whiteheads on my actual face which aren't visible, just uncomfortable. I've been using Origins Plantscription cleanser, Night cream and Origins Mushroom "toner" which seems to help with the redness I get sometimes. The day cream is way too oily...I should've gotten the oil-free one. ** I don't have wrinkles...yet. What I would like is to: Brighten my skin, have less visible pores, even out skin tone, decrease black circles and minimise break outs! I prefer natural or close to natural products and ones that don't test on animals. But TBH, if I can find product(s) which works and doesn't irritate my skin, I'll make sacrifices! Please help!
I'm 28 and have started to see the smile line wrinkle around my mouth area which is getting more and more noticeable. Just wondering if its possible to help diminish it with antiaging skincare products. What products have worked for you that you would recommend. I've listed my current skincare routine below but am wondering whether I should incorporate more antiaging products into it. Daytime routine: -Hada Labo whitening toner (japanese brand) -Shiseido White Lucent Brightening Emulsion mixed with 2-3 drops of the Algenist Anti-Aging Repairing Oil -Kiehls Avocado Eyecream -Kiehls Ultra Facial Cream (if my face is feeling dry) -Sunscreen (usually a japanese one that I have lying around) Nighttime routine: -double cleanse with a cleansing oil then use my clarisonic with Purity Made Simple cleanser -PTR Retinol Fusion PM (only use this 2x per week) -Shiseido Benefiance Wrinkle Resist Night Emulsion mixed with 2-3 drops of the Nude ProGenius Treatment Oil -Kiehls Ultra Facial Cream -Algenist Eye Renewal Balm
I noticed that the ingredients in the ole henriksen invigorating treatment new package are kind of different from the old one. For those who have used both, did you noticed anything different from the results on your skin?
I AM 61 AND NEED HELP FOR FACE AND EYES. MY FACE LACKS RADIANCE AND MY EYES LOOK SUNKEN IN WITH NO RADIANCE, JUST DEEP DARK CIRCLES UNDERNEATH. NATURALLY AT MY AGE I AM CONCERNED WITH LINES AND WRINKLES. I HAVE VERY THIN LIPS WITH A LOT OF LINES AND WRINKLES ABOVE THE UPPER LIP. ANYTIME I HAVE A PICTURE TAKEN, WITH COMPLETE MAKE UP ON, MY FACE AND EYES LOOK EXTREMELY WHITE AND PALE. I AM DESPERATE TO FIND SKIN CARE AGING PRODUCTS IN ADDITION TO MAKE UP THAT WILL HELP. THANK YOU.
What is the difference between Peter Thomas Roth Neuroliquid Volufill and Dr. Brandt crease release? Is one better than another? Are they both serums that you'd use a moisturizer over? I am interested in something that will help with the forehead wrinkles. Thanks!
I'm looking for an under eye cream that does not burn or irritate if some happens to get in the eyes. Also something that doesn't have almond oil or soy in it. Can anyone suggest an eye cream like this?
Hi, Has anyone try SK-II Brightening derm specialist ( http://www.sephora.com/brightening-derm-specialist -P375867?skuId=1448539) ? is it good for combination to oily skin? Also, is it the same as SK-II Whitening spot specialist as I have seen a lot of those product in blogs but I could not find it here.
Has anyone tried the African Red Tea See The Difference Serum? I was reading reviews on it and a lot of people say they see great results pretty quickly and like it better than the Truth Serum. I have been using the Truth Serum for almost 2 months but haven't really noticed a difference in my skin, and thought this may be a better option for me. I want to treat fine lines and prevent more fine lines and other small signs of aging. Would you recommend this product?
