I start noticing my fine lines around my eyes become more visible recently after a long sickness,,,,, so I am looking for an effective and affordable eye treatment.Origins Plantscription anti aging eye treatment has really good reviews,,,,Does any one of you has used it ,what are your thoughts,or if you suggest any other anti aging eye treatment ?????
My sister swears by glycolic acid aka AHA (from my understanding they are the same). She recommends that ingredient based on the fact it is anti-aging but most importantly that it chemically exfoliates. She is against gritty exfoliants. BUT I live in FLORIDA and am an outdoors kind of girl. I feel I cannot use glycolic acid because even with sunblock I still get burn and get red! I've had to return products for this reason. What ingredient(s) should I look to as alternatives?
I am 31 years old and am just starting to see some fine lines under my eyes and on my forhead. I also have acen proned skin. I need a foundation that won't cause break outs and won't settle in my fine lines. And won't wear off. I know! I'm asking a lot!!! Any suggestions?
I am looking for recs for a good night cream. Early 30's, so anti-aging is a must. Oily skin, pretty clear (finally!), so nothing heavy or to add to the oil I already have. I am willing to invest in a good one if I find the right product. Suggestions? Thanks!!
Can you recommend the best foundation that has anti-aging properties? I am not good at a skin regimen. However, I do put foundation or a tinted moisturizer on everyday. It would be awesome to have one in the same Thank you in advance!
I have very fair skin and my face is in good shape but I am about to turn 33 and noticing some small wrinkles under around my eyes which i think might be from age plus squinting even though I wear sunglases all year. Anyway, I use SK-II on my face and don't want to change but I need a good eye cream. I like BLISS but don't love it. Any suggestions?
Disclaimer--I did use the search bar, but I wasn't finding what I really wanted, so here is my own question. I love my Clinique Repairwear for daytime. I want to add a serum for night-time that has retinol. I have been using Algenist Retinol Lifting and Firming serum deluxe sample, and I really like it--but it is 98.00. Any words of wisdom on the following: Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle products, First Aid Beauty serums, Murad, or any others you use that aren't super-duper expensive? I have combination to oilier skin so I avoid anything too heavy. It is sensitive so I avoid fragrances. I want a nice anti-aging product to use with my night-time creams. I use mostly Algenist and Clinique but am open to others that won't cost 150 like Kate Somerville. Thanks for the input in advance!! Ready, set----educate and enable!

I just started using an serum on my face at night but have always put a night time facial moisturizer on before bed and an wondering should I only be using one or the other? or continue using the moisturizer as well?
What is the difference between Peter Thomas Roth Neuroliquid Volufill and Dr. Brandt crease release? Is one better than another? Are they both serums that you'd use a moisturizer over? I am interested in something that will help with the forehead wrinkles. Thanks!
I'm in the market for a toner and I'm interested in a brightening toner. I've looked at a few and the NARS toner looks promising. Has anyone used it and can comment on it? If you haven't used NARS, is there another brightening toner that you use and like? I know there are a few out there and I'm open to suggestions. Basically looking for something for combination skin, most of my concerns are anti-aging - dullness, firmness, not too many wrinkles but trying to keep them in check. I use Philosophy Miracle Worker skin care and love it but they don't have a toner. So just looking for that step after cleansing and before moisturizing to complete the routine! Thanks!
Hello beauty lovers, I am in dire need of advice. I am 20 years old and I'm noticing my eye area is losing its firmness. (probably because i wear primer and eyeshadow on my lids almost everyday) Do you guys have any suggestions on any products that can fix this?
Im 20 and started using the Algenist complete eye renewal balm to prevent any sort of wrinkles that may arise in the future. Before using this eye cream, I had only noticed slight dark circles. Now for some reason, after using this product for a month every night, I've noticed when I smile I have wrinkles right under my lower lash line and some in the corners of my eyes/ crows feet. This was not there before and I'm completely confused. I stopped using the product for a week because I read that if you put the cream on too close to the eyes it can make your eyes puffy therefore causing the circles. Even after not using it for a week the crows feet are gone but the wrinkles under my lash line are still there. To clarify, I know for sure they were not there before. Help?
I am looking more for a birthday present for my mother. She doesn't feel beautiful about herself anymore do to fine lines and wrinkles. I would like opinions on a product I could get for her for her birthday since I know she won't spend the money on herself. She is in her 40s with oily skin. Can someone please help me out?
I've been using Philosophy Miracle Worker Retinoid pads as preventive anti-aging (I'm 28). Anyway, I really like them b/c my skin always looks brightened the next day (and they're possibly the reason I'm not really seeing any fine lines yet!), but at $74 for a 2 month supply...I'm wondering if there are any cheaper products, or perhaps similarly priced products that will last me longer than 2 months? Any products you'd recommend that are both effective and economical? Thanks in advance!
Hi ladies - I am a little late to the skincare game (I'm almost 30), but now that I've started noticing some fine lines on my forehead and larger pores on my t-zone, I've started looking more into what I can/should be doing. Unfortunately for me, I'm pretty clueless when it comes to this stuff. I have normal/combination skin (a little oily around my nostrils) and currently use day and night moisturizers and have a Clarisonic, which I use every day. I don't wear any primer/coverup/foundation and don't think I would want to start now. Any suggestions on what to do to reverse/slow the aging process and shrink pores would be helpful! Also, any suggestions for reasonable (i.e. not hundreds of dollars) get extra points Thanks so much in advance!
Hey experts! I am in my mid 20's and still have oily acne prone skin; however, I'm already getting lines under my eyes ahhh! Which anti aging products can I use that won't cause break outs? I haven't used anti aging products before so this is all new to me so help! Thanks!
Anyone ever try it or heard of it? A while ago I got the tiny 0.35 oz travel size bar (worth $15) for free with a dermstore purchase. While packing up skincare items for my trip to Miami a few weeks ago I decided to try it out since it didn't take up a lot of space & I didn't have to worry about liquid carry-on restrictions with it. I didn't really know anything about it, just thought it was a simple car soap. I found it to be a touch drying, but removed makeup easily, and didn't leave a film on my face. So when I got home I read up on it. WOW is it expensive! Now I'm wondering if I should keep using it, or store it away for my next vacation. I found some of it's properties to be interesting: ~ pH balanced ~ Antibacterial ~ Speeds up skin repair ~ removes makeup, heals scaring, fades spots, evens out skin tone, & firms/plumps ~ No toner/softener is needed- it will rub off the silver particles ~ UV protection of SPF 15 - say what?!?! I've never heard of silver or silica to have sun protection properties? Ingredients : Palm Oil Glycerin, Aloe, Avocado, Vitamins A,C,D And E, CSC Compound (derived From Chitosan, Sericin & Collagen), Pomegranate Extract, Patented Nano-silver With Silica.
I have a combination skin and is really sensitive. I have never tried eye creams or serums before. From browsing I found these 2 products but not so sure or still reluctant ( Shiseido benefiance wrinkle resit24 intensive eye contour cream or Peter Thomas Roth Mega Rich Intensive Anti-Aging Cellular eye cream ) Please let me know if these are good or if you have a better suggestion. Thanks
