Firming your facial skin with massaging

As you know, people go into massage parlors to help to relieve tension and rejuvenate themselves.

The same idea can be applied to your face.

Facial massage can release the tension and toxins from your skin. It can help rejuvenate and make your skin, look and feel firmer.

Below is a pamphlet  that contains instructions on how to massage your face. I picked this up a Shiseido counter.

The nice things about self facial massages are that you really get to know your face and it doesn't cost you anything  money to do,

Facial massage is fantastic! It relaxes tension in my face and smoothes out my smile lines...at least for a little bit. Considering it's free and relaxing, I highly recommend it.

My gym actually has a free class on facial massage. Maybe I should go!

I actually use and adore that Shiseido firming massage mask.  It's a nice little treat to give myself the facial massage.

For the record, I feel slight tingling with the mask, so it's doing something.

The massage techniques in this pamphlet are done with your fingers. It does not suggest usage of any type of massaging tools.

It's popular in Asia - I've seen a lot of face massage tools, but bubzbeauty shows how to get the same effect with a soup spoon.  It's about the same approach but with the spoon.  I do it while watching TV.

Those face roller things are EVERYWHERE, at least when I was in Japan. Do you find it makes a noticeable difference for you? If you don't do it for a while, do you notice too?
