Q. Will the Clarisonic stimulate unwanted hair growth?
I really want to buy a Clarisonic Mia but I'm afraid that it might stimulate the hair on my face to grow thicker. I really don't want my peach fuzz to become more noticeable.    I read this online: Topical hair growth  is caused by sustained surface irritation to an area. These methods can stimulate the blood supply to an area, bringing more nourishment to the area. This can stimulate hair growth.    Has this happened to anyone using the Clarisonic?

Q. Concealer & Cream for Under Eyes?
I'm 19 years old and have hereditary purple-ish, indented dark circles. I also am noticing a little bit of crepey-ness under my eyes, probably due to squinting. I'm looking for a medium/full coverage concealer/corrector for my dark circles that can also accomodate an occasional problem I have with flakiness/dryness under my eyes. As far as concealer, I've heard good things about the Bobbi Brown Corrector, but I'm not sure what color to get and there is no Bobbi Brown counter anywhere near where I live. I'm relatively light-skinned with yellow undertones (a 117 in MUFE HD and a #20 in MUFE Mat Velvet, to get an idea)   Additionally, my under eyes are very sensitive to most eye creams and get red and irritated, so I'm looking for one that will moisturize and sooth and help with the crepey-ness.

Q. clinique all about eyes causing puffiness?
i used clinique's all about eyes for a long time and liked it alot, it irritated my lower rims a little, but it didn't burn like most other eye creams. then all of a sudden it started making my under eyes puff up, like after almost a year of being fine. i had to stop using it and now i can't find anything else that doesn't burn my extremely sensitive eyes. why did this happen? should i try it again? maybe with an anti-puff roller? is there something simillar out there that might be just different enough to avoid the puffiness?

Q. Best GENTLE eye cream for under eye puffs/wrinkles?
I am only 23 years old, and do not have any wrinkles on my face but I suppose I have some minor sun damage near my eyes. I am guessing this because my skin around my eyes looks pretty fine when I have a straight face, but when I smile a problem arises. Whenever I smile, I have puffy bags/wrinkles under my eyes and if the lighting is even remotely bad, I look years older in photos. I have been using Clinique All About Eyes but it really just hydrates the skin and doesnt do much else. I have heard anti-aging eye serums and creams can be kind of damaging/intense on sensitive younger skin around the eyes, but I am desperate to get rid of that bag under my eyes! Can someone PLEASE recommend a gentle (or just not too harsh) eye cream for this issue?! I'm just so sick of it Thank you!   P.S. the photo is not me, it is from google images, but it is an accurate picture of what my eyes look like when smiling.

Q. Safety of REN products during Pregnancy
I'm pregnant and have been using REN Matte Balancing Fluid (contains Salicilin) and REN Lipovector Soothing Eye Cream (contains vitamin A), as I was told on several occasions that they were 100% safe during pregnancy. Recently I read that both ingredients in these products (salicilin or willow bark and topical vitamin A) should be avoided during pregnancy as they cause birth defects. Could you please let me know the concentration of these ingredients in the products above mentioned and confirm their safety during pregnancy? Thanks

Q. Clinique Youth Surge Night Moisturizer--Combo-Dry or Combo-Oily/Oily
I am wondering if anyone has tried both the dry combination and the combination oily/oily versions of Clinique's Youth Surge Age Decerlating Night Moisturizer? Is there that much of a difference between the two?   I had a sample of the combination dry that wasn't enough to tell what the long term results/problems might be--I have dry skin sometimes but my pores clog really easily, especially in my T-Zone and I am blemish prone even though I tend to get dry cheeks and surface dryness overall. Just wondering if anyone had personal experience they could speak from.

Q. Best product for acne scars?
Hi all!  I've been browsing the forum and found many suggestions for acne scar treatments.  So I was wondering what the best product is for acne scars?  I don't want a spot treatment or a peel, but an overall face serum/treatment.  But I don't want a face lightening product (I don't want to lighten my whole face/complexion).    Also, can I use these acne scar treatments in conjunction with another serum (such as an anti-aging serum)?  Thanks ahead of time for your advice/suggestions/answers!

Q. Kate Somerville serums
The other day I was in Sephora looking for a product that had some anti-aging properties but that might help fade some discoloration/scarring from some past acne breakouts.  I was pointed to Kate Somerville's Cytocell serum.  They gave me a sample to try out.  I immediatly fell in love...until I got on the website and found out the price.  I just can't shell out $95 for a serum right now.  I went on a search and found Kate's anti-oxidant serum.  Will that deliver similar results?  Or is there another product from a different brand that I should check out?   Thanks so much for your help!

Q. my beauty diary face masks for smokers-halp!
So, I recently started using my beauty diary face masks. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried them? When I opened the package and put it on it wasnt a mask like i had expected, but a sheet that veils your face that is soaked in liquid and you've got to leave it on for 20 mins.  They're amazing! And the ones I've tried smell fabulous.     Did I mention the whole box is written in Japanese?    I know you shouldn't smoke (please don't bash in your reply) and I know it really damages the skin, but I've been scouring the internet- is it safe to smoke a cigarette while wearing this product?  I'm kind of scared to until I know for sure, to be honest. Thanks! Much love, peccavi

Q. Clogged pores from a dirty job
I work in a barn (horses) so my face gets REALLY dirty during the day. I am looking for something, anything, to help really clean out my pores and control the constant whiteheads. I use the Mario Badescu cleansers and Peter Thomas Roth Anti-Aging exfoliator and like both. The whiteheads occur everywhere, nose, forehead, chin, temples. My skin tends to be dry but I have large pores from all the dirt. I admit that I'm not the most diligent about skin care regimens so I would love something simple if possible.
